OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack
Russia Compliance Owners generate the OMS Foreign Utilisation report to capture information about serialized items that are manufactured in a country other than Russia before being imported to Russia for distribution. Owners also generate the 915 - Multi Pack report to capture the aggregation hierarchy of items reported in the OMS Foreign Utilisation report.
OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack
Russia Compliance Owners generate the OMS Domestic Utilisation report to capture information about serialized items that are packaged within Russia and documented in an End of Batch. Owners also generate the 915 - Multi Pack report to capture the aggregation hierarchy of items reported in the OMS Domestic Utilisation report.
313 - Register Product Emission
Russia Compliance owners generate the 313 - Register Product Emission report to capture information about serialized items that are manufactured and released in Russia.
Russia Compliance owners generate the 381 - Move Owner report to capture the transfer of items manufactured by a CMO to the MAH after the items have been part of a product release.
603 - Move Owner Notification and 701 - Accept
MDLP sends the 603 - Move Owner Notification to alert a product's MAH to an inbound delivery sent by the CMO that manufactured the product and submitted the related 381 - Move Owner report. The MAH then responds to the 603 - Move Owner Notification by submitting the 701 - Accept report, which approves the shipment.
911 - Unit Pack and 914 - Unit Append
Russia Compliance Owners generate the 911 - Unit Pack report to capture the initial aggregation of items to a new parent container and the 914 - Unit Append report to capture the addition of items to a parent container.
Russia Compliance Owners generate the 913 - Unit Extract report when disaggregating items from their parent containers in Serialized Operations Manager or Smart Inventory Tracker.
Import product to Russia
Russia Compliance Owners generate the 331 - Foreign Shipment report to capture information about serialized items that are shipped to Russia for import as a non-consignment direct order.
613 - Foreign Shipment Notification and 701 - Accept
MDLP sends the 613 - Foreign Shipment Notification to alert the Russia Compliance Owner to an inbound non-consignment direct order import shipment, which is originally reported by the shipment sender in a 331 - Foreign Shipment report. The Russia Compliance Owner then responds to the notification by submitting the 701 - Accept report, which approves the items in the shipment.
Russia Compliance Owners generate the 332 - Foreign Import report to capture the receipt of serialized items imported to Russia as a non-consignment reverse order.
614 - Foreign Import Notification and 701 - Accept
MDLP sends the 614 - Foreign Import Notification to the MAH for items included in a non-consignment reverse order import shipment to alert them that the ship to location in Russia has received the shipment and submitted a 332 - Foreign Import report. The MAH then responds to the notification by submitting the 701 - Accept report, which approves the receipt of the shipment.

Russia Compliance Owners generate the 334 - Custom Move report to capture the transfer of serialized items between customs zones as the items are being imported to Russia.

The Russia Compliance Owner then responds to the 601 - Move Order Notification by submitting the 701 - Accept report, which approves the shipment.
610 - Move Return Notification and 701 - Accept
MDLP sends the 610 - Move Return Notification report to alert the MAH that the Wholesale Distributor is returning the products suspended by the government. The MAH then responds to the 610 - Move Return Notification by submitting the 701 - Accept report, which approves the return of the suspended products.
Russia Compliance Owners generate the 541 - Move Destruction report to capture the transfer of serialized items to a destruction facility in Russia.

Russia Compliance Owners generate the 552 - Withdrawal report to capture information about serialized items that are removed from supply chain circulation as the result of a quality sample, decommissioning, or destruction in a warehouse.
