321 - Foreign Emission

The 321 - Foreign Emission report is replaced by the OMS Foreign Utilisation report as of 22 Dec 2019 to comply with Russia regulations. The 321 - Foreign Emission report captures information about serialized items that are manufactured, commissioned, quality tested, and released in a country other than Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan, before being imported to Russia for distribution.

  • Report Date – The date and time that the report generated.
  • Report Type – 321 - Foreign Emission.
  • Manufacturer ID – The identifier of the manufacturer.
  • Manufacturer Name – The name of the manufacturer, sourced from Product Master Data.
  • Product Release Date – The date that the product release was completed.
  • Lot Number – The lot or batch number associated with the serial numbers in the report.
  • Quality Control Organization ID – The identifier of the company or location that completed the quality testing or product release.
  • Quality Control Organization Name – The name of the company or location that completed the quality testing or product release, sourced from Company or Partner Master Data (this information displays but is not reported).
  • Packaging Organization ID – The identifier of the company or location that commissioned the serial numbers.
  • Packaging Organization Name – The name of the company or location that commissioned the serial numbers, sourced from Company or Partner Master Data (this information displays but is not reported).
  • Expiration Date – The expiration date of the serialized items in the lot.
  • Packaging Code – The GTIN associated with the serialized items.
  • Description – Description of the product, sourced from Product Master Data (this information displays, but is not reported).
  • Quantity – The quantity of serial numbers in the report.
This section displays with blank values.
  • Response Received – The date and time that TraceLink received a response message from MDLP.
  • Response Type – The response code from MDLP.
  • Status – The status of the report with MDLP.
  • Error Code – The error code returned by MDLP, if applicable.
  • Error Description – The description of the associated Error Code.
