342 - Release in Circulation
Russia Compliance owners generate the 342 - Release in Circulation report to capture the release of foreign product for circulation in the Russian market.
Configuring the report

- Hover over Workflow. on the User Profile in the top right of any screen, and then select
- Select the Generate 342 - Release in Circulation Report checkbox for the Product Status Set to Released to Market workflow .
- Select
The screen refreshes, and the workflow is enabled.

The Russia Compliance application generates the 342 - Release in Circulation report when TraceLink processes a Product Status Set to Released to Market event and the following conditions are met in the interface where the event occurred:

- The products have a GTIN-14 with a (unit of measure) of Each. of
- The products have a Russia. of

- In Product Master Data, the products must:
- Have a PackagingCodeType of
GTIN-14
with a PackagingUOM (unit of measure) ofeach

Generating the report

- Hover over Serialized Operations Manager. , and then select
- Expand the Set Market Release Status. drop-down, and then select
- Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the drop-down in the upper right.
- Enter the product's GTIN, NTIN, or Internal Material Number in the field.
- Enter the associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number, which identifies the serial numbers to be released.
- Enter the 14-character Russia Account Number of the performing the market release, as entered in Product Master Data.
- Select Full Lot from the radio buttons to indicate that the entire lot of product is being released into Russia.

- If the Full Lot and is blank, TraceLink updates the status of all serial numbers in the lot to Market Released. is
- If the Full Lot and is included, TraceLink begins to asynchronously update the status of all serial numbers in the lot to Market Released. The processing status of the market release is available in Info Exchange. is
