335 - FTS Data

1. Hover over Company Administration on the User Profile in the top right of any screen, and then select Workflow.
2. Select the Generate 335 - FTS Data Report Resulting Actions checkbox for the Country Clearance workflow Event.

   or

   Select the Generate 335 - FTS Data Report Resulting Actions checkbox for the ESM Country Clearance workflow Event (required if sending and receiving ESM integration messages).

3. Select Save in the top left of the screen, above the results table.

   The screen refreshes, and the workflow is enabled.

The Russia Compliance application generates the 335 - FTS Data report when TraceLink processes a Country Clearance or ESM Country Clearance event and the following conditions are met in the interface where the event occurred:

For the Web UI

• The products have a Packaging Code Type of GTIN-14 with a Packaging UOM (unit of measure) of Each.
• The products have a Target Market of Russia.
• The Clearance Type is Customs.
• The Importing From Country is a country other than Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan and the Importing To Country is Russia.

For integration (XML)

• In Product Master Data, the products must:
  • Have a PackagingCodeType of GTIN-14 with a PackagingUOM (unit of measure) of each.
  • Have a TargetMarket of RU.
• The cmn:ClearanceType is Customs.
• The cmn:ImportFromCountry is not RU, AM, BY, KZ, or KG and the cmn:ImportToCountry is RU.

Use any of the following message to generate the 335 - FTS Data report:

• Country Clearance (XML)

For integration (EPCIS)

• In Product Master Data, the products must:
  • Have a PackagingCodeType of GTIN-14 with a PackagingUOM (unit of measure) of each.
  • Have a TargetMarket of RU.
• The tl:clearanceType is Customs.
• The tl:importFromCountry is not RU, AM, BY, KZ, or KG and the tl:importToCountry is RU.

Use any of the following messages to generate the 335 - FTS Data report:

• Country Clearance (EPCIS v1.2)
• ESM Country Clearance (EPCIS v1.2)

1. Hover over Modules, and then select Serialized Operations Manager.
2. Expand the Inbound Movement drop-down and then select Declare Country Clearance.
3. Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
4. Specify Customs Clearance as the shipment's Clearance Type, which is used to declare that the goods being imported to Russia are from a country other than Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan.
5. Enter the Importing Party.
6. Enter the Importing From Country (must be a country other than Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan).
7. Enter RU (Russian Federation) as the Importing to Country.
8. Enter the Customs Authority Code of the customs agency performing the clearance.
9. Enter the Customs Declaration Release Number of the items approved for release by customs.
10. Select the Customs Action to be performed on the contents of the shipment:
    • Export: The shipment is granted clearance to be exported.
    • Release for Domestic Consumption: The shipment is granted clearance to be sold and consumed domestically.
    • Destruction: The shipment is to be transferred for destruction from the customs control zone.
    • Re-export: The shipment is granted clearance to be re-exported.
    • Refusal in Favor of the State: The shipment is refused in favor of the state within the customs control zone.
    • Customs Transit: The shipment is in transit through Russia to another country.
11. Enter the customs Registration Date.
12. Enter any items in the shipment that are not aggregated to an SSCC in the Loose Items table (at least one entry is required if the shipment has no Homogeneous Containers or Mixed Containers):
    1. Select Add Item.

    2. Specify a quality inspection document from the Identifier Type drop-down, which is used to certify that the product conforms to Russian legal, safety, and quality requirements.

    3. Enter the Identifier Value of the quality inspection document.
    4. Enter the Document Date printed on the quality inspection document.
    5. Enter the monetary value of the shipment determined by the customs authority in the Customs Amount field.
    6. Enter the 3-letter ISO Currency Code of the currency that Customs Amount is entered in .
    7. Enter the Serial Numbers of the Loose Items:
    • Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
    1. Select Choose File.
    2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.
    The CSV file must be smaller than 50MB and cannot contain headers. Only 1 file can be uploaded per session.

    or

    • Select Scan Serial Numbers:
    • Enter the serial numbers (limit of 30,000 characters).

      or

    • Scan the serial numbers (limit of 30,000 characters) with an external scanner.
13. Enter the containers in the shipment that consist of one or more lots of the same product in the Homogeneous Containers table (at least one entry is required if the shipment has no Loose Items or Mixed Containers):
    1. Select Add Item.

    2. Specify a quality inspection document from the Identifier Type drop-down, which is used to certify that the product conforms to Russian legal, safety, and quality requirements.

    3. Enter the Identifier Value of the quality inspection document.
    4. Enter the Document Date printed on the quality inspection document.
    5. Enter the monetary value of the shipment determined by the customs authority in the Customs Amount field.
    6. Enter the 3-letter ISO Currency Code of the currency that Customs Amount is entered in.
    7. Enter the Serial Numbers within the Homogenous Container:
    • Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
    1. Select Choose File.
    2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.
    The CSV file must be smaller than 50MB and cannot contain headers. Only 1 file can be uploaded per session.

    or

    • Select Scan Serial Numbers:
    • Enter the serial numbers (limit of 30,000 characters).

      or

    • Scan the serial numbers (limit of 30,000 characters) with an external scanner.
14. Enter the products within the parent containers that consist of different products in the Mixed Containers table (a Container Serial Number, Packaging Code, and Lot Number are required if the shipment has no Loose Items or Homogenous Containers:
    1. Select the Add Container.
    2. Enter a Container Serial Number.
    3. Enter the GTIN Packaging Code of the product.
    4. Enter a Lot Number.

    5. Specify a quality inspection document from the Identifier Type drop-down, which is used to certify that the product conforms to Russian legal, safety, and quality requirements.

    6. Enter the Identifier Value of the quality inspection document.
    7. Enter the Document Date printed on the quality inspection document.
    8. Enter the monetary value of the shipment determined by the customs authority in the Customs Amount field.
    9. Enter the 3-letter ISO Currency Code of the currency that Customs Amount is entered in.
15. Select Submit.

    A confirmation dialog box displays.

16. Select Confirm.

    The dialog box closes, and the country clearance information is submitted.
