415 - Move Order and 441 - Move Unregistered Order

Russia Compliance Owners generate one of the following report types when shipping products to a buyer in Russia:

  • 415 - Move Order – Captures information about serialized items that are shipped in Russia as a sale to a registered buyer (i.e. the Ship To Location has a 14-digit Russia Account Number in Partner Master Data) or as a return to a seller.
  • 441 - Move Unregistered Order – Captures information about serialized items that are shipped in Russia as a sale to an unregistered buyer (i.e. the Ship to Location does not have a 14-digit Russia Account Number and the To Business has a 36-digit Russia Account Number or is identified by a Russia INN or KPP in Partner Master Data).

After receiving the 415 - Move Order or 441 - Move Unregistered Order report, MDLP sends a notification to the receiver of the shipment. The receiver then responds to the notification by approving or rejecting items in the shipment. MDLP sends one of the following notifications to the shipment sender to alert them to the receiver's response:

  • 607 - Accept Notification – The receiver is a registered buyer or a seller and has approved items in the shipment by submitting a 701 - Accept report.
  • 611 - Receive Unregistered Notification – The receiver is an unregistered buyer and has approved items in the shipment by submitting a 442 - Receive Unregistered Order report.
  • 606 - Refusal Receiver Notification – The receiver is a registered or unregistered buyer or a seller and has rejected items in the shipment by submitting a 252 - Refusal Receiver report.
