Why do I use these messages?

Use the following messages to create outbound deliveries for items being shipped. A shipment message captures details of the business transaction, including which products are being shipped, where they are being shipped to, and why they are being shipped.

Which reports do these messages generate?

These messages generate one of the following reports in the Russia Compliance application if their contents meet the report conditions:

  • 381 - Move Owner – Captures the transfer of items manufactured by a CMO to the MAH after the items have been part of a product release.
  • 331 - Foreign Shipment – Captures information about serialized items that are shipped to Russia for import as a non-consignment direct order.
  • 334 - Custom Move – Captures the transfer of serialized items between customs zones as the items are being imported to Russia.
  • 431 - Move Place – Captures the transfer of serialized items between warehouses in Russia.
  • 415 - Move Order – Captures information about serialized items that are shipped in Russia as a sale to a registered buyer (i.e. the Ship To Location has a 14-digit Russia Account Number in Partner Master Data) or as a return to a seller.
  • 441 - Move Unregistered Order – Captures information about serialized items that are shipped as a sale to an unregistered buyer in Russia (i.e. the Ship to Location does not have a 14-digit Russia Account Number and the To Business has a 36-digit Russia Account Number or is identified by a Russia INN or KPP in Partner Master Data).
  • 541 - Move Destruction – Captures the transfer of serialized items to a destruction facility in Russia.
