Data Code	Description
DAMAGED	Product that has been damaged.
DEFECTIVE	The product does not function as intended.
DISPENSED	Product that has been dispensed.
DISPOSED	Product that has been disposed of and thus removed from the supply chain.
EXPIRED	Product's expiration date has passed.
EXPIRY	Product that contains a passed expiration date.
INAPPROPRIATELY_STORED	The product has been stored improperly and is no longer fit for sale.
MISPLACED	Product that has been misplaced or lost and thus removed from the supply chain.
OTHER	Other reason for the product being decommissioned.
QUALITY_RELEASED	Product that has been released by quality assurance.
RECALL	Product that has been recalled.
REPACKAGED	Product that has been repackaged.
RETURNED	The product has been returned and cannot be resold.
SAMPLED	Product that has been sampled (not by regulatory authorities) and thus removed from the supply chain.
SAMPLED_ARCHIVAL	The product is sampled to store as a record.
SAMPLED_BY_AUTHORITIES	Product that was sampled by regulatory authorities and thus removed from the supply chain.
SAMPLED_CLINICAL_STUDY	The product is sampled for a clinical study.
SAMPLED_CUSTOMS_CONTROL	The product is sampled for inspection control by customs authorities.
SAMPLED_FEDERAL_INSPECTION	The product is sampled for federal inspection.
SAMPLED_MARKETING_DEMO	The product is used in a marketing demonstration.
SAMPLED_PHARMA_STUDY	The product is sampled for a post-registration pharmaceutical study, to support submitted changes to a dossier.
SAMPLED_SELECTIVE_CONTROL	The product is sampled by health authorities as needed to ensure quality standards.
SPOILAGE	The product is spoiled due to exposure (e.g. heat, oxygen, moisture, microrganisms).
STOLEN	Product that has been reported as stolen.
WITHDRAWN	Product that has been withdrawn from the supply chain.
WITHDRAWN_EXPERIMENT	The product is withdrawn from the market during the course of an experiment.
