Event Workflow Reports How-Tos

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate China Commission Report link.

   The Generate China Commission Report screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.

   The product description displays under the Item Code field.

4. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number that identifies the serial numbers for the report.
5. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate China Commission Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the China Commission Compliance Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the delivery. Check the China Compliance Service for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate China Sales Shipment Report link.

   The Generate China Sales Shipment Report screen displays.

3. Enter the unique identifier for the order in the Delivery Number field.
4. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate China Sales Shipment Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the China Sales Shipment Compliance Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the delivery. Check the China Compliance Service for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate China Return Receipt Report link.

   The Generate China Return Receipt Report screen displays.

3. Enter the unique identifier for the order in the Delivery Number field.
4. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate China Return Receipt Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the China Return Receipt Compliance Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the delivery. Check the China Compliance Service for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report link.

   The Generate EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report screen displays.

3. Select the Option 1 - Specify Item Code And Lot Number radio button.
4. Enter the product's Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.
5. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number that identifies the serial numbers for the report.
6. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the lot. Check the EU Compliance Application for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report link.

   The Generate EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report screen displays.

3. Select the Option 2 - Specify Serial Numbers radio button.
4. Enter the Serial Numbers to include in the report by selecting one of the following:
• Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
  1. Select the Choose File button.
  2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

  The CSV file must be smaller than 50MB and cannot contain headers. Only 1 file can be uploaded per session.

  or

• Select Scan Serial Numbers:
  • Enter the serial numbers in the text field (limit of 30,000 characters).

    or

  • Scan the serial numbers in the text field (limit of 30,000 characters) with an Edge device.
5. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the lot. Check the EU Compliance Application for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

Generate Update Product Pack reports to send updated lot numbers and/or expiration dates to the EU Hub.

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate EU Update Product Pack Report link.

   The Generate EU Update Product Pack Report screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Country Drug Code or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.
4. Enter the new Lot Number associated with the Packaging Item Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number.
5. Enter the Original Lot Number that was previously associated with the Packaging Item Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number.
6. Enter the lot's Original Expiration Date.

The lot's New Expiration Date displays in the report.

7. Select the Submit button.

   The screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the Update Product Pack Report has been initiated. Check the EU Compliance Application for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate EU Batch Recall Report link.

   The Generate EU Batch Recall Report screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Country Drug Code or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.

   The product description displays under the field.

4. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Internal Material Number or Country Drug Code, which identifies the serial numbers for the report.
5. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate EU Batch Recall Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the EU Batch Recall Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the lot. Check the EU Compliance Application for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate EU Checked Out - Update Product Pack State Report link.

   The Generate EU Checked Out - Update Product Pack State Report screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Country Drug Code or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.
4. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Internal Material Number or Country Drug Code, which identifies the serial numbers for the report.
5. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate EU Checked Out - Update Product Pack State Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the EU Checked Out - Update Product Pack State Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the lot. Check the EU Compliance Application for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

• To successfully generate an EU Destruction - Update Product Pack State Report:
  • The serial numbers must have a state of decommissioned or destroyed.
  • The reason code provided for the Destruction event must match the EU Hub's requirements for this report.

   The Generate EU Destruction - Update Product Pack State Report screen displays.

3. Select the Option 1 - Specify Item Code And Lot Number radio button.
4. Enter the product's Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.
5. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number that identifies the serial numbers for the report.
6. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate EU Destruction - Update Product Pack State Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "The generation of the EU Destruction - Update Product Pack State Report has been initiated. This operation could take a few minutes depending on the size of the lot. Check the EU Compliance Application for the report, where it will appear when it is completed. If an error occurs in processing, it will be visible in Info Exchange."

2. Select the Generate EU Destruction - Update Product Pack State Report link.

   The Generate EU Destruction - Update Product Pack State Report screen displays.

3. Select the Option 2 - Specify Serial Numbers radio button.
4. Enter the Serial Numbers to include in the report by selecting one of the following:
• Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
  1. Select the Choose File button.
  2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

• This must be the first time the report is being generated for the specified delivery number.

   The Generate EU Export - Update Product Pack State Report screen displays.

3. Enter the unique identifier for the order in the Delivery Number field.
4. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate EU Export - Update Product Pack State Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the EU Export - Update Product Pack State Report report finishes generating, it will display in the EU Compliance Application."

   The Generate EU Locked - Update Product Pack State Report screen displays.

3. Select the Option 2 - Specify Serial Numbers radio button.
4. Enter the Serial Numbers to include in the report by selecting one of the following:
• Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
  1. Select the Choose File button.
  2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

  The CSV file must be smaller than 50MB and cannot contain headers. Only 1 file can be uploaded per session.

  or

• Select Scan Serial Numbers:
  • Enter the serial numbers in the text field (limit of 30,000 characters).

    or

  • Scan the serial numbers in the text field (limit of 30,000 characters) with an Edge device.

5. Select the Submit button.

• To successfully generate an EU Sample - Update Product Pack State Report, the serial numbers must have:
  • A state of decommissioned or destroyed.
  • A reason code of "Sampled by Authorities."

3. Select one of the following from the State To Undo drop-down:

   • Supplied
   • Exported
   • Free Sample
4. Enter the Delivery Number in the text field.

5. Select the Submit button.

   The screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the EU Export - Update Product Pack State Report report finishes generating, it will display in the EU Compliance Application."

This action generates both the OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack reports in the Russia Compliance application.

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports link.

   The Generate Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Packaging Code in the type-ahead field.
4. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, which identifies the serial numbers for the report.
5. Select the OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports Generate radio button to indicate that both the OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack reports associated with the Lot Number and Packaging Code must be generated.
6. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack reports finish generating, they will display in the Russia Compliance application."

This action generates a 915 - Multi Pack report for a specific packaging level in the Russia Compliance application.

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports link.

   The Generate Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Packaging Code in the type-ahead field.
4. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, which identifies the serial numbers for the report.
5. Select the 915 - Multi Pack Report Only Generate radio button to indicate that the 915 - Multi Pack report for a single packaging level associated with the Lot Number and Packaging Code must be generated.
6. Select the Next button.

   The screen refreshes and the Available 915 - Multi Pack Reports table displays.

7. Select the Each Level Packing Code radio button for the packaging level that the 915 - Multi Pack report must be generated for in the Available 915 - Multi Pack Reports table.
8. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the Russia 915 - Multi Pack report finishes generating, it will display in the Russia Compliance application."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate Russia 313 - Register Product Emission Report link.

   The Generate Russia 313 - Register Product Emission Report screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Packaging Code in the type-ahead field.
4. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, which identifies the serial numbers for the report.
5. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate Russia 313 - Register Product Emission Report screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the Russia 313 - Register Product Emission report finishes generating, it will display in the Russia Compliance application."

This action generates both the OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack reports in the Russia Compliance application.

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate Russia OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports link.

   The Generate Russia OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports screen displays.

3. Enter the product's Packaging Code in the type-ahead field.
4. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, which identifies the serial numbers for the report.
5. Select the OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports Generate radio button to indicate that both the OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack reports associated with the Lot Number and Packaging Code must be generated.
6. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate Russia OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the Russia OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack reports finish generating, they will display in the Russia Compliance application."

This action generates a 915 - Multi Pack report for a specific packaging level in the Russia Compliance application.

7. Select the Each Level Packing Code radio button for the packaging level that the 915 - Multi Pack report must be generated for in the Available 915 - Multi Pack Reports table.
8. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate Russia OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the Russia 915 - Multi Pack report finishes generating, it will display in the Russia Compliance application."

2. Select the Generate Russia 381 - Move Owner Report link.

   The Generate Russia 381 - Move Owner Report screen displays.

3. Enter the unique identifier for the order in the Delivery Number field.

   The Generate Russia 701 - Accept Report for 603 - Move Owner Notification screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the Russia 701 - Accept report finishes generating, it will display in the Russia Compliance application."

This action generates either the 911 - Unit Pack or 914 - Unit Append report, depending on which report Markirovka (MDLP) is prepared to accept.

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate Russia Aggregation and Disaggregation Reports link.

   The Generate Russia Aggregation and Disaggregation Reports screen displays.

3. Select Aggregate (911 - Unit Pack or 914 - Unit Append) from the Report Type radio buttons.
4. Enter the parent SSCC with the packaging hierarchy to report in the Container Serial Number field.
5. Enter the Serial Numbers to report as aggregated to the parent SSCC by selecting one of the following:
   • Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
     1. Select the Choose File button.
     2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

        The CSV file cannot contain headers.

   • Select Scan Serial Numbers:
     • Enter the serial numbers in the text field.

       or

     • Scan the serial numbers in the text field with an Edge device.

   Include only the serial numbers to aggregate, rather than all children within the container.

6. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate Russia Aggregation and Disaggregation Reports screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the 911 - Unit Pack or 914 - Unit Append report finishes generating, it will display in the Russia Compliance application."

1. Select the Event Workflow Management option on the left.
2. Select the Generate Russia Aggregation and Disaggregation Reports link.

   The Generate Russia Aggregation and Disaggregation Reports screen displays.

3. Select Disaggregate (913 - Unit Extract) from the Report Type radio buttons.

   A single 913 - Unit Extract report can capture disaggregation from one or more parent containers.

4. Enter the Serial Numbers to report as disaggregated from any parent SSCC by selecting one of the following:
   • Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
     1. Select the Choose File button.
     2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

        The CSV file cannot contain headers.

   • Select Scan Serial Numbers:
     • Enter the serial numbers in the text field.

       or

     • Scan the serial numbers in the text field with an Edge device.

   Include only the serial numbers to disaggregate, rather than all children within the container.

5. Select the Submit button.

   The Generate Russia Aggregation and Disaggregation Reports screen refreshes with the confirmation message "When the 913 - Unit Extract report finishes generating, it will display in the Russia Compliance application."

2. Select the Generate Russia 331 - Foreign Shipment Report link.

   The Generate Russia 331 - Foreign Shipment Report screen displays.

3. Enter the unique identifier for the order in the Delivery Number field.
4. Select the Submit button.
