Generate Saudi Arabia Cancel Reports

How to Navigate to this Screen

Access this screen from the left panel under Event Workflow.

Why Use this Screen

Manually generate a Dispatch Cancel report to capture a voided shipment of serialized items that have a target market of Saudi Arabia, or generate a Dispatch Cancel report for a returned receipt for serialized items that have a target market of Saudi Arabia and a Receipt Type of In-Country Return.

Compliance reports capture information about regulated activities, helping companies comply with requirements in Saudi Arabia. They can be configured to generate automatically when certain events occur in TraceLink (e.g. commissioning serial numbers, updating a serial number's status, raising shipments), but may need to be generated manually if certain reports are incomplete or inaccurate.

If the serial numbers specified were already reported, Serialized Operations Manager generates an additional report.

Mandatory Fields

Report Type - The type of Cancel report to generate. Contains the following option:
- Dispatch Cancel
Delivery Type - Indicates which report to generate:
- Shipment - Generates the report for voided In-Country and voided Foreign shipment.
- Receipt - Generates the report for In-Country Return receipt.
Delivery Number - The number that uniquely identifies the shipment or the return receipt being reported.

Generate a Dispatch Cancel Report for Voided Shipment

The Show Data From drop-down does not impact the reports generated under Event Workflow Management.

Select a Report Type from the drop-down.
Select Shipment from the Delivery Type option buttons.
Enter a Delivery Number in the text field.
Select the Submit button.
A confirmation message displays.
The report displays in the Compliance app once complete. Depending on the size of the report, processing may require a few minutes. Processing errors display in Info Exchange.

Generate a Dispatch Cancel Report for Returned Receipt

The Show Data From drop-down does not impact the reports generated under Event Workflow Management.

Select a Report Type from the drop-down.
Select Receipt from the Delivery Type option buttons.
Enter a Delivery Number in the text field.
Select the Submit button.
A confirmation message displays.
The report displays in the Compliance app once complete. Depending on the size of the report, processing may require a few minutes. Processing errors display in Info Exchange.

Error Messages

Dispatch Cancel

Errors either display at the top of the screen or are found in Info Exchange (may vary):

Error Message	Description
Delivery Number [delivery number] does not exist.	TraceLink cannot find the delivery number.
Delivery Number [delivery number] must be in a voided state.	The delivery number is not in a voided state for generating a Dispatch Cancel report for a voided shipment.
GTIN [gtin] does not have Saudi Arabia Target Market information configured in Product Master Data.	The GTINs associated with the serialized items in the shipment do not have their export market set to Saudi Arabia in Product Master Data.
No Each level GTIN found associated with Delivery Number [delivery number].	There are no GTINs in the delivery at an Each level.
Delivery Number [delivery number] must be in a submitted state.	The delivery number is not in a submitted state for generating a Dispatch Cancel report for a returned receipt.
The Ship to Country must be Saudi Arabia for the Delivery Number [delivery number] that has a Receipt Type of Return - In Country.	If the Receipt Type is In-Country Return, the Ship To Country Code must be Saudi Arabia.
