Event Workflow Management

Use various Event Workflows to troubleshoot Compliance Reporting issues and generate, or regenerate compliance reports.

Though Compliance Reports generate automatically from event triggers in Serialized Operations Manager (e.g. commissions, shipments, and receipts), certain reports might be incomplete or inaccurate because of:

• The exclusion of certain serial numbers (possibly because of missing serial number files).
• Missing Product Master Data requirements.

In this scenario regenerating a Compliance Report is necessary.

• Generate China Commission Report - Captures all commissioned serial numbers with the Item Code and Lot Number.
• Generate China Sales Shipment Report - Captures all shipment details, including serial numbers, with the Delivery Number.
• Generate China Return Receipt Report - Captures all return details including serial numbers with the Delivery Number.

• Generate EU Commission - Product Pack Data Report - Product Pack- Captures all commissioned serial numbers with the Item Code and Lot Number.

• Generate India Export Tertiary Packaging Report - Captures all serial numbers shipped with the Delivery Number.

• Generate Russia OMS Domestic Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports - Captures all serial numbers that are part of an end of batch and aggregated in Russia with the Packaging Code and Lot Number.
• Generate Russia 313 - Register Product Emission Report - Captures all serial numbers that are manufactured and released in Russia with the Packaging Code and Lot Number.
• Generate Russia OMS Foreign Utilisation and 915 - Multi Pack Reports - Captures all serial numbers released and aggregated in a country other than Russia with the Packaging Code and Lot Number.
• Generate Russia 381 - Move Owner Report - Captures all serial numbers transferred by a CMO to the MAH with the Delivery Number after the items are part of a product release.
• Generate Russia 701 - Accept Report for 603 - Move Owner Notification - Captures all serial numbers included in the 603 - Move Owner Notification with the Delivery Number.
• Generate Russia Aggregation and Disaggregation Reports - Captures specific serial numbers aggregated or disaggregated within Russia.

• Generate Russia 333 - Foreign Import Owner Report - Captures all serial numbers shipped to Russia for import as an own funds order or consignment order with the Delivery Number.
• Generate Russia 334 - Custom Move Report - Captures all serial numbers transferred between customs zones with the Delivery Number.
• Generate Russia 335 - FTS Data Report - Captures all serial numbers approved for distribution by customs with the Customs Authority Code, Customs Declaration Release Number, and Registration Date.
• Generate Russia 341 - Receive Importer Report - Captures all serial numbers received at a warehouse in Russia after being cleared by customs for distribution with the Delivery Number.
