Generate Saudi Arabia Dispatch Report

Overview

Access this screen from the left panel under Event Workflow.

Manually generate the Dispatch report to send information to the Drug Track and Trace System (DTTS) about serialized items that are shipped to or within Saudi Arabia as a sale or transfer. Serialized Operations Manager generates the appropriate type of Dispatch report from the Sale Type, Ship From Country Code, and Ship To Country Code associated with the Delivery Number:

  • A Dispatch (Foreign Transfer) report is generated if the Sale Type is Transfer - Export, the Ship From Country Code is not Saudi Arabia, and the Ship To Country Code is Saudi Arabia.
  • A Dispatch (Foreign Sale) report is generated if the Sale Type is Sale - Export, the Ship From Country Code is not Saudi Arabia, and the Ship To Country Code is Saudi Arabia.
  • A Dispatch (In-Country Transfer) report is generated if the Sale Type is Transfer - In Country, the Ship From Country Code is Saudi Arabia, and the Ship To Country Code is Saudi Arabia.
  • A Dispatch (In-Country Sale) report is generated if the Sale Type is Sale - In Country, the Ship From Country Code is Saudi Arabia, and the Ship To Country Code is Saudi Arabia.

Compliance reports capture information about regulated activities, helping companies comply with requirements in Saudi Arabia. They can be configured to generate automatically when certain events occur in TraceLink (e.g. commissioning serial numbers, updating a serial number's status, raising shipments), but may need to be generated manually if certain reports are incomplete or inaccurate.

If the serial numbers specified were already reported, Serialized Operations Manager generates an additional report.

Generating the Report

  • Delivery Number - Number that uniquely identifies the shipment. For all manually triggered reports, ensure that the Delivery Number is unique for every delivery.

Available Actions

    The Show Data From drop-down does not impact the reports generated under Event Workflow Management.

  1. Enter the Delivery Number in the text field.
  2. Select the Submit button.

    A confirmation message displays.

    The report displays in the Compliance app once complete. Depending on the size of the report, processing may require a few minutes. Processing errors display in Info Exchange.

Error Messages

Errors either display at the top of the screen or are found in Info Exchange (may vary):

Error Message Description
Delivery Number [Delivery Number] does not exist. TraceLink cannot find a matching delivery number.
Sales Distribution Type [Sale Type] was not set to INCOUNTRYSALE, INCOUNTRYTRANSFER, EXPORTSALE or EXPORTTRANSFER. The delivery has a Sale Type other than Sale - In Country, Transfer - In Country, Sale - Export, or Transfer - Export.
Ship to Country Code [Ship to Country Code] was not set to SA. The delivery has a Ship to Country Code other than Saudi Arabia.
GTIN [GTIN] does not have Saudi Arabia Target Market information configured in Product Master Data. A GTIN serial number in the shipment does not have a Target Market of Saudi Arabia in Product Master Data.
Serial Number [serial number] was not previously reported in a Supply or Import report, or was not received via SOM Receipt from an INCOUNTRYSALE. A serial number in the shipment was not previously reported in a Supply or Import report or does not appear in a receipt with a Receipt Type of Sale - In Country.
No Each level GTIN found associated with Delivery Number [Delivery Number]. The shipment does not contain Each-level GTIN serial numbers.
