Assign Serialized Product Intelligence roles

See the Administer Help Center for information about how to assign Serialized Product Intelligence roles to users.

  • Application Administrator – Allows users to administer the Serialized Product Intelligence app that the company owns by adding users and assigning roles to them in Administer.
  • Member - Monitor Commissioned Lots Access – Allows users from the Owner to access Monitor Commissioned Lots in the side navigation.
  • Member - Reconcile Lots Access – Allows users from the Owner to access Reconcile Lots in the side navigation.
  • Member - Reconcile Serial Numbers Access – Allows users from the Owner to access Reconcile Serial Numbers in the side navigation.
  • Member - Review Messages Access – Allows users from the Owner to access Review Messages in the side navigation.
  • Member - Review Serial Number Events Access – Allows users from the Owner to access Review Serial Number Events in the side navigation.

Set up notifications

All Serialized Product Intelligence users can sign up to receive pop-up and email notifications based on certain events. See the Opus Platform Help Center for more information.

  • CSV file exported – The user receives a notification when the CSV file is ready for download.
