Reconcile lots
Use the Reconcile Lots menu item to view the event history for all lots in TraceLink that were acted on by the Serialized Product Intelligence Owner and their Partners, sourced from Serial Number Exchange, Serialized Operations Manager, and Master Data Exchange in Track & Trace Services.
The data in
can be useful for completing certain supply chain tasks:- Manufacturing line tasks:
- View the products and lots produced for each market.
- Reconcile lot production in TraceLink against the L3 system.
- View the events that each lot experiences in its lifetime.
- View the lots commissioned at a specific location.
- Regulatory compliance tasks:
- Review all lots that experienced exceptions within a specific date range.
- Reconcile a lot history's against expected compliance reports.
- Business relationship tasks:
- Monitor lot activity from a specific Pharmaceutical Manufacturer or CMO Partner.
- Review lots that were shipped to or from a specific Partner.
View all lots
The all lots view shows all lots in TraceLink that were acted on by your company and your company's Partners. Use this view to locate a specific lot that experienced activity from your company or a Partner.
By default, the table shows the lots with activity from the last 7 days.

Select Serialized Product Intelligence.

- Last Week (default) – View data from the last 7 days.
- Last Month – View data from the last 30 days.
- Last 3 Months – View data from the last 90 days.
- Last 6 Months – View data from the last 180 days.
- Custom Range – View data from a specified time period (maximum range of one year).
- Enter the name or identifier of the lot's to narrow the data by.

- Lot Number – The lot number to filter for.
- Target Market Type – Indicates whether the products are for a single market or multiple markets.
- Manufacturer Type – Indicates whether the lots were manufactured by or for a specific company.

- Single Target Market – The product is produced for a single market.
- Multiple Target Markets – The product is produced for more than one market.

- All Partners – Any company other than your company manufactured the lot (i.e. any of the Owner's Partners).
- My Company – Your company manufactured the lot (i.e. the SPI Owner).
- Manufactured by Specific Partner – A specific Partner manufactured the lot.
- Manufactured for Specific MAH – Your company manufactured the lot for a specific Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Partner.

TraceLink begins generating the CSV file with the data displayed in the table. It is available in the Notifications panel when it is ready.

You also receive an email when the CSV file is ready.
- Lot Number – The lot number that the serial numbers are commissioned for.
- Expiration Date – The expiration date associated with the Lot Number.
- Date Initially Commissioned – The date that the first serial number from the Lot Number was commissioned.
- Product Name – The name of the product that the lot is for.
- Dosage Form – The form the product is dispensed in (e.g. tablet or pill).
- Strength – The strength of the product (e.g. 100 mg).
- Product Code – The identifier that represents the product.
- Target Market – The market that the lot is intended for.
- Commission Location – The location where the serial numbers for the Lot Number were commissioned.
- Manufacturer Name – The name of the company that manufactured the lot.
View lot event histories
The lot event history view shows the events that a specific lot experienced within its lifetime.

Select Serialized Product Intelligence.

- To view the event histories for all lots, select the History icon and to view the summary of the reconciled lots, select the Table View icon in the upper right corner.

To view the event history for a specific lot, in the table, select the View icon for the Lot Number with the event history to view.
Apply filters to locate the Lot Number in the table.
To filter data by a keyword
- Enter Keywords in to return only rows that contain that text.

See the information that displays in the table- Operation Date – The date on which the Track and Trace Services event was received.
- Product – The product details. For example, Internal Material Number G15252 ColdMed Tablet 10mg
- Lot Number – The lot number that the serial numbers are commissioned for.
- Operation – The name of the operation as captured in Serial Number History database.
- Serial Number Count – The total serial numbers count as captured in serial number history.

- Transaction ID – The identifier type and value of the transaction document that mentions the serial number.

- Lot Number – The selected lot number.
- Expiration Date – The expiration date associated with the Lot Number.

- Operation – The supply chain process where the event occurred (e.g. Commissioned, Shipped, Country Clearance, Receipt).
- Serial Numbers – The quantity of serial numbers in the lot.
- Transaction ID – The identifier type and value of the transaction document that mentions the serial number.
Select a row in the table to view the following values:
- Packaging Code and Type – The packaging code type and value that the Lot Number is commissioned for.
- Location – The location where the event takes place.
- Compliance Report ID – The identifier of the compliance report generated for the Lot Number.
- Ship From Business ID – The identifier type of the company that the lot was shipped from.
- Ship From Business – The identifier value of the company that the lot was shipped from.
- Ship To Business ID – The identifier type of the company that the lot was shipped to.
- Ship To Business – The identifier value of the company that the lot was shipped to.
- Ship From Location ID – The identifier type of the location that the lot was shipped from.
- Ship From Location – The identifier value of the location that the lot was shipped from.
- Ship To Location ID – The identifier type of the location that the lot was shipped to.
- Ship To Location – The identifier value of the location that the lot was shipped to.
- Shipment Type – The type of shipment (e.g. Sale - In Country).
- Ship From Country – The country that the shipment is sent from.
- Ship To Country – The country that the shipment is sent to.
- Reason Code – The reason for the event.
- Manufacturer Category – Indicates whether the lot is manufactured by the MAH or CMO.
- Manufactured for MAH – The name of the MAH that the lot is manufactured for.
- Child Serial Number UOM – The unit of measure of the lot's child serial numbers (e.g. Each).
- Parent Serial Number UOM – The unit of measure of the parent serial number that contains the child serial numbers (e.g. Case/Shipper).
- Parent Serial Number Packaging Code – The packaging code of the parent serial number.
- Item Status – The status of the item in the lot.
- Serial Number Status – The state of the serial number in the lot at the time of the event.
- Reporting Company GUID – The GUID of the company that reported the specific event.
- Parent Serial Number Count – The quantity of parent serial numbers in the aggregation hierarchy (e.g. if the child serial number is aggregated to a case and the case is aggregated to a pallet, the Parent Serial Number Count is 2).
- Event Processed Date – Indicates the date on which an event was processed by Track & Trace Services.
