Get the Status of a Serial Number

  1. Select the Queries option on the left.
  2. Select the Get Serial Number Status link.

    The Get Serial Number Status screen displays.

  3. Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
  4. Enter the Serial Number in the text field.
  5. Select the Search button.

    The serial number information displays.

The serial number queried must be either a repackaged or source serial number in a repackaging event for the respective section and Download icon to display.

  1. Select the Queries option on the left. Expand the Serialized Operations Manager Navigation in the header of any screen, and select the Queries button.

    The Queries screen displays.

  2. Select the Get Serial Number Status link.

    The Get Serial Number Status screen displays.

  3. Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
  4. Enter the Serial Number in the text field.
  5. Select the Submit button.

    The serial number information displays.

  6. Select the Serial Numbers Download link in the "Repackaged Product Information or Source Product Information" section.

    The file downloads.

Get the History of a Serial Number

  1. Select the Queries option on the left.
  2. Select link Get Serial Number History link.

    The Get Serial Number History screen displays.

  3. Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
  4. Select the REQUEST SERIAL NUMBER HISTORY button.

    The "Request Serial Number History" dialog box displays.

  5. Enter the Serial Number in the text field.
  6. Select the Submit button.

    The following message displays on the Serialized Operations Manager screen: “TraceLink is exporting the serial number history. The serial number history will be available in the table when it is ready.”

Get the Status of a Lot

  1. Select the Queries option on the left.
  2. Select the Get Lot Status link.

    The Get Lot Status screen displays.

  3. Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
  4. Enter the product's GTIN, NTIN, or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.
  5. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number that identifies the serial numbers for the report.
  6. Select the Search button.

    The lot status query results display.

  1. Select the Queries option on the left.
  2. Select the Get Lot Status link.

    The Get Lot Status screen displays.

  3. Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
  4. Enter the product's GTIN, NTIN, or Internal Material Number in the Item Code type-ahead field.
  5. Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number that identifies the serial numbers for the report.
  6. Select the Search button.

    The lot status query results display.

  7. Select the Recalled Serial Numbers link in the Serial Numbers column.

Reconcile a Container

  1. Select the Queries option on the left.
  2. Select the Reconcile Container link.

    The Reconcile Container screen displays.

  3. Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
  4. On the "1. Enter Container Information" step:
    1. Enter the parent Container Serial Number associated with the child items aggregated in the container.

    2. Enter the list of Child Serial Numbers associated with the items in the parent container by selecting one of the following:

      • Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
        1. Select the Choose File button.
        2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

          The CSV file must be smaller than 50MB and cannot contain headers.

      • Select Scan Serial Numbers:
        • Enter the serial numbers in the text field (limit of 30,000 characters).

          or

        • Scan the serial numbers in the text field (limit of 30,000 characters) with an Edge device.

    1. Deselect the View Discrepancies Only checkbox to display all serial numbers from the entered physical contents and the Serialized Operations Manager repository (optional).

      The View Discrepancies Only checkbox is selected by default (only serial numbers with discrepancies between the entered physical contents and the Serialized Operations Manager repository display on the "2. View Comparison" step).

    2. Select the ReconcilE button.

      The results table displays on the "2. View Comparison" step.

  5. Review the serial numbers from the result of the "1. Enter Container Information" step on the "2. View Comparison" screen.
  • Select the Serial Number link under the Container Serial Number field to query the history of a container serial number.

  • Select the Serial Number link in the Serial Number column of the results table to query the history of a serial number.
