Reconcile Container

Overview

Select the Queries drop-down in the left-hand panel.

Compare the serial numbers within the container on-hand against the serial numbers that have been aggregated to the same container in the TraceLink repository to view any discrepancies that may need further investigation.

Steps on this Screen

  1. Enter Container Information
  2. View Comparison

Available Actions

  1. Select the desired entity in the Show Data From drop-down at the top of the screen.
  2. Enter the Container Serial Number to disaggregate the child serial numbers from in the text field.
  3. Enter the Child Serial Numbers by selecting one of the following:

    • Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
      1. Select the Choose File button.
      2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

        The CSV file cannot contain headers.

    • Select Scan Serial Numbers:
      • Enter the serial numbers in the text field.

        or

      • Scan the serial numbers in the text field with an Edge device.

  1. Select or deselect the View Discrepancies Only checkbox.
  2. Select the ReconcilE button.

    The results table displays on the 2. View Comparison step.

Error Messages

Errors either display at the top of the screen or are found in Info Exchange (may vary):

Error Message Description
Serial Number <Container Serial Number> does not exist. TraceLink cannot find the container serial number.
<Number of Errors> errors found: Please review and correct errors in the form below and then click Reconcile. The data in the field is incorrect.
