Select the Queries drop-down in the left-hand panel.

Specify the serial numbers within the container on-hand to compare them against contents of the same container in the TraceLink repository.

• Container Serial Number - The parent container's serial number which associates with the child items that are aggregated in the container.
• Child Serial Numbers - A list of child serial numbers that associate with the items in the parent container.
  • Scan Serial Numbers – Scan or type the serial numbers in the text box.

    Maximum of 30,000 characters.

  • Upload Serial Numbers From File – Upload a file with the serial numbers.

    The file must include only the serial numbers, no headings. Limit of one file per session. File size limit is 50 MB.

• View Discrepancies Only - If selected, the table only displays serial numbers with discrepancies between the entered physical contents and the Serialized Operations Manager repository. If not selected, the table displays all serial numbers from the entered physical contents and the Serialized Operations Manager repository.

1. Select the desired entity in the Show Data From drop-down at the top of the screen.
2. Enter the Container Serial Number to disaggregate the child serial numbers from in the text field.
3. Enter the Child Serial Numbers by selecting one of the following:
   • Select Upload Serial Numbers from File:
     1. Select the Choose File button.
     2. Browse for and select the desired CSV file.

        The CSV file cannot contain headers.

   • Select Scan Serial Numbers:
     • Enter the serial numbers in the text field.

       or

     • Scan the serial numbers in the text field with an Edge device.

4. Select or deselect the View Discrepancies Only checkbox.
5. Select the ReconcilE button.

   The results table displays on the 2. View Comparison step.
