Select the Next > button on the 1. Enter Delivery Information step, part of the Update Delivery screen.

Add or update items in the delivery by identifying the product, its quantity, and other details such as unit price and currency code.

The fields below were entered in the 1. Enter Delivery Information step:

Some optional fields may be mandatory per a country's regulatory requirements. Select a country to view mandatory fields for that country.

South Korea

• Order Items - One row in the Order Items table is mandatory when the Ship From Country is Korea for a Receipt Type that is Return - In Country.
  • Unit Price - The field itself is mandatory when providing a Currency Code that includes VAT.
  • Currency Code - Mandatory when also providing Unit Price.

Russia

• Order Items - One row in the Order Items table is mandatory when the Ship To Country is Russia and the Ship From Country is Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan.
  • Unit Price - Mandatory when the Ship To Country is Russia and the Ship From Country is Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan.
  • Currency Code - Mandatory when providing Unit Price, VAT, or Gross Price.

• Allow Short Verification Count - Allows a quantity variance in the drop-down menu (Yes or No). This applies to the scenario when the product count in the original receipt differs from the current updates (e.g. product has been sampled).
• Order Items

  This table requires at least one row if the Ship From Country is Korea and the Receipt Type is Return - In Country, or the Ship To Country is Russia.

  • Product Code - An Internal Material Number, Country Drug Code, or Packaging Code in the type-ahead field (pulls from Master Data). The format is [Product Code Type] [Product Code Value].

    Required if at least one row is added.

  • Quantity - The number of units to be picked.

    Required if at least one row is added.

  • Order Item Number - Associates a product's Unit Price, VAT, and Gross Price with a specific set of serial numbers included in the shipment via the Enter By List section on the Enter Serial Numbers step.

    Order Item Numbers are associated to serial numbers via the Enter By List function on the Enter Serial Numbers step.

  • Lot Number - The unique lot identifier.
  • Expiration Date - Indicates the item's expiration date.
  • Unit Price - The price of the unit.
  • VAT - (Value Added Tax) The VAT per saleable unit of product.
  • Gross Price - The total price per saleable unit of product, inclusive of unit price, taxes, and any additional fees or costs.
  • Currency Code - The 3 letter ISO Currency Code of the Unit Price, VAT, and Gross Price (e.g. USD is United States Dollar).

    Required if Unit Price, VAT, or Gross Price are entered.

  • Serialized - Confirm if the item is serialized in the drop-down menu with Yes (default) or No if not serialized.

    Required if at least one row is added.

  • Transaction ID - Associates an Identifier Type with a specific product in the shipment.

    Only Identifier Types added on the Enter Receipt InformationEnter Delivery Information step in the Transaction IDs table can be selected in the Order Items table. An Identifier Type can be included only once per Product Code (e.g. a Product Code cannot have two Invoice Numbers associated to it).

1. Select an option from the Allow Short Verification Count drop-down.
2. Select the Add Another link to add an Order Item.
   1. Enter a Product Code in the type-ahead field.
   2. Enter an Item Code in the type-ahead field.
   3. Enter a Quantity in the text field.
   4. Enter an Order Item Number in the text field.

      Associate serial numbers in the delivery to the Order Item Number on the Enter Serial Numbers step.

   5. Enter a Lot Number in the text field.
   6. Select an Expiration Date from the date picker.
   7. Enter a Unit Price in the text field.
   8. Enter the VAT (Value Added Tax) in the text field.
   9. Enter the Gross Price in the text field.
   10. Enter a Currency Code in the type-ahead field.
   11. Select an option from the Serialized drop-down.
   12. Select a Transaction ID from the drop-down.
   13. Select the Add Another link to add another Transaction ID.
3. Select one of the following:
   • Select the Save for Later button to save the informationand return to the View Deliveries screen.

     The confirmation message "Delivery [Delivery Number] has been saved." displays at the top.

   • Select the < Back button to return to a previous step.
   • Select the Next > button to continue.
   • Select the Submit button.

     The View Deliveries screen displays. The confirmation message "Delivery [Delivery Number] submitted." displays at the top.
