Acceptance or Transfer

The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in Administration solution for Kazakhstan Compliance. Make sure one of the following event triggers are enabled:

Utilisation

The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in Administration solution for Kazakhstan Compliance. Make sure one of the following event triggers are enabled:

Owners must add credentials so that TraceLink can automatically submit reports to the Information System Center for Electronic Documentation of Labeled Goods (IS CEDM) system once the compliance reports are generated. There can be single or multiple credentials configured in the IS CEDM system for a Company, Company Location, Partner, or Partner Location. Each MAH entity registered with the IS CEDM system must use its own set of credentials to authenticate to the IS CEDM system.

1. Select the Main Menu icon.
2. Select Kazakhstan Compliance from the main menu.

   A new tab opens and displays information for the Kazakhstan Compliance app.

3. Select the Kazakhstan Compliance Settings icon.
4. Select the Actions icon in the Credentials section to add the credentials.
5. In the Add Credential section fill in the following fields:
   1. Location drop-down – Required. Select All if you have only a single credential configured in the ISCEDM system to submit the compliance reports. If you have multiple credentials configured in the IS CEDM system, for every MAH entity, add a corresponding credential under the Credentials screen.
   2. User ID field – Required. Specify the user ID configured in the IS CEDM system.
   3. Password field – Required. Specify the password configured in the IS CEDM system for the specified User ID.
   4. Certificate Password field - Required. Specify the password for the certificate.
6. In the Upload Certificate File section, upload the certificate file. This file should be same for which you have already provided the password in the Add Credentials screen.
   
7. Select Save.

   The credentials are saved and the compliance reports are submitted automatically to the IS CEDM system.

Tips

• Select the Action icon, and then select Edit Credential to edit the credentials.
• Select the Action icon, and then select Remove Credential to remove the credentials.
• Select the Action icon, and then select Upload Certificate File to replace the existing certificate file.

• Member - Standard Access – Allows users to view, search, filter, and export reports.
• Member - Expanded Access – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Standard Access in addition to manually generating specific reports and taking action on reports (e.g. regenerating a report).
• Application Administrator – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Expanded Access in addition to setting the workflow subscriptions and performing other administrator operations that relate to the application.
• Government Credential Administrator – Allows user to manage the government credentials, such as user IDs, passwords, certificates, and certificate passwords.
