                                                                - Select in the Actions column on the Manage Users screen.

 Why Use this Screen
Why Use this Screen
                                                                View details about a specific user and perform administrative tasks:
- Assign roles to the user and view the permissions that those roles enable.
- View the ProcessLinks that user owns or is a point of contact (POC) for, and the Services that the user administers.
- Set the user's account status (i.e. Active or Disabled).
- Reset the user's password.

                                                                    - Name – The name of the user.
- Email Address – The user's email address.
 Mandatory Fields

                                                                    -  – The status of the user's account. Disabled if the user is a Link Manager, ProcessLink Owner, or ProcessLink POC. Users also cannot disable themselves. - Active – The user's account is active.
- Disabled – The user's account is disabled. The user cannot sign on.

- Last Successful Login – Date and time of the user's last successful login.
- Last Failed Login – Date and time of the user's last failed login attempt.
- Password Expires On – Date and time when the user's password expires.
- Password Status – The status of the user's password. - Valid – The user's password can be used to login.
- Expired – The user's password expired.
- Locked – The user failed too many login attempts, and the account is locked.
  When a user's Password Status is Locked or Expired, select  in the Actions column to send an activation email to the user enabling them to access TraceLink. When a user's Password Status is Locked or Expired, select  in the Actions column to send an activation email to the user enabling them to access TraceLink.
- Failed Attempts – The number of times the user attempted to login in and failed. Resets to zero when the user logs in successfully.

- Enter the name of the new owner for the ProcessLink in the type-ahead field.

                                                                - Select the Disabled radio button under . Managers, ProcessLink Owners, and ProcessLink POCs cannot be disabled. Users cannot disable themselves. Managers, ProcessLink Owners, and ProcessLink POCs cannot be disabled. Users cannot disable themselves.
