ProcessLinks

Overview

Hover over Company Administration on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select ProcessLinks.

Manage the ProcessLinks that the company participates in (e.g. update configuration settings, assign a new owner to a ProcessLink). ProcessLinks provide work spaces for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and CMOs to share messages and track the progress of the product's manufacturing process.

Search Criteria

  • ProcessLink / Alt Identifier – Only ProcessLinks containing the entered values as all or part of the ProcessLink Name or Alt Identifier fields return in the results table.
  • Owner – Only ProcessLinks containing the entered values as all or part of the Owner field return in the results table.

Results Table

  • ProcessLink Name – Name of the ProcessLink.
  • Alt Identifier – The alternate identifier defined for the ProcessLink, which allows TraceLink to properly route transactions sent by the company to the ProcessLink and label transactions sent to the company.
  • Owner – The user who owns the ProcessLink.

Available Actions

  1. Enter a ProcessLink / Alt Identifier in the text field.
  2. Enter an Owner in the text field.
  3. Select Search.

    The results display in the table.

  • Select Reassign Owner in the Actions column of the results table.

    The View User Details screen displays for the current ProcessLink Owner.
