                                                                Hover over on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Users.
 Why Use this Screen
Why Use this Screen
                                                                Manage the company's TraceLink users (e.g. view a user's status, reset a user's password).
Search Criteria

                                                                    -  – Only users with the account status selected return in the results table. - All
- Active – The user's account is active.
- Disabled – The user's account is disabled. The user cannot sign on.
- Locked - Failed Logins – The user made too many failed login attempts, which locked the account.
- Password Expired – The user's password expired.
 
-  – Only users assigned to the selected role return in the results table. - All
- Company Administrator – The user is assigned the Company Administrator role.
  Remaining options populate from the roles created on the Create New Role screen. Remaining options populate from the roles created on the Create New Role screen.
- – Only the user selected returns in the results table.
-  – Only users with the assignments selected in the fields below return in the results table. - Service Administrator – If selected, only users assigned as a Manager for one or more apps return in the results table. The type-ahead field below narrows the results to Managers from a particular application.
- ProcessLink Owner – If selected, only users assigned as a ProcessLink owner for one or more ProcessLinks return in the results table. The type-ahead field below narrows the results to owners of specific ProcessLinks.
- ProcessLink POC – If selected, only users assigned as the point of contact (POC) for one or more ProcessLinks return in the results table. The type-ahead field below narrows the results to POCs of specific ProcessLinks.

                                                                - Name – The name of the user.
- Email Address – The user's email address.
- Roles – The roles assigned to the user.
- Account Status – The status of the user's account.
- Last Login – Date and time that the user last logged into the TraceLink Network.
- Password Expiration – Date and time that the user's password expires.
- Assignments – The number of apps the user manages, the number of ProcessLinks the user owns, and the number of ProcessLinks that the user is a point of contact (POC) for. - Info  icon – Hover over this icon to view the user's Assignments. icon – Hover over this icon to view the user's Assignments.

                                                                - Select an from the drop-down.
- Select a from the drop-down.
- Enter a in the type-ahead field, or select the type-ahead icon to see all user names.
- Select one or more  checkboxes.- Select the Service Administrator checkbox, and enter an app name in the type-head field.
- Select the ProcessLink Owner checkbox, and enter a ProcessLink name in the type-ahead field.
- Select the ProcessLink POC checkbox, and enter a ProcessLink name in the type-ahead field.
 
- Select .The results display in the table.

 View a User's Details

                                                                - Select  in the Actions column of the results table. The View User Details screen displays. 
 Reset a User's Password

                                                                - Select   in the Actions column of the results table. The Reset Password dialog box displays. 
- Select . The dialog box closes, and TraceLink sends the user an email to reset their password. Note that for security purposes the link will be active for a limited time. If you wish to no longer receive these notifications, you can turn them off by selecting Settings from the User Menu in the upper right of any TraceLink Application.
