Download Serial Numbers for a Recall in CSV Format
Supply Chain Work Management Owners and Partners can now download serial numbers in CSV format for easier viewing and record-keeping. Viewing serial numbers via a CSV file eliminates having to view large quantities of serial numbers in theSupply Chain Work Management Web UI. Downloading serial numbers also allows users to easily store, share, or print the list of serial numbers.

Usability Enhancements for Recalls
This feature includes the following enhancements:
- Recall coordinators can configure new and existing recalls in the Pending Review state to be automatically approved.
- Supply Chain Work Management Owners and Partners can conveniently monitor audit logs for newly added recalls on the View Response Activity screen.

Automatically Submit Compliance Exceptions to Partners
Owners of Supply Chain Work Management can now enable the option to automatically submit a compliance exception to Partners when Owners want to submit compliance exceptions in bulk. Automatically submitting compliance exceptions eliminates the need to view and send individual compliance exceptions to Partners.

Send Detailed Email Notifications When Compliance Exceptions are Submitted to Partners
Owners of Supply Chain Work Management can now enable detailed email notifications for compliance exceptions submitted to Partners. Detailed email notifications are useful to notify Partners who are on the Owner's TraceLink network but do not use the Web UI.
For example, when the Owner enables this feature and submits a compliance exception to a Partner, the Partner who does not use the Web UI gets details of the compliance exception submitted on email. The email contains information for the following fields:

A data mismatch occurs when users click on the count link of any open recalls chart card on the Monitor dashboard. The count link directs to the Search page, where the query should show only the open recalls and should not include opt out, completed, and terminated recalls. This issue is resolved. |
