Search Messages
                                                                - Hover over on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Info Exchange.
- Fill in one or more of the following search fields:- – Only messages from the ProcessLink or service selected return in the results table. The selected determines the options in the drop-down.
- – Only messages with the selected processing status return in the results table.
- All
- Submitted – Only submitted statuses.
- Failed - All – All available failed statuses (i.e. all of the below failed options).
- Success - All – All available success statuses (i.e. all of the below success options).
- – Only messages that were updated on or after this date return in the results table. This field defaults to two days prior to the current GMT date.
- – Only messages that were updated on or before this date return in the results table. This field defaults to the current GMT date.
- – Only messages including this value in the input file name return in the results table.
-  – Only messages from the business process and message type selected return in the results table.  See Message Types for more information. See Message Types for more information.
- – Only messages sent to or from the selected trade partner return in the results table.
- – Includes messages that have been addressed and marked as Reconciled in the search results.

                                                                - To access the View Transaction Details screen, select the View Details  icon in the Actions column. icon in the Actions column.

                                                                - Hover over on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Info Exchange.
- Search for the message to reconcile.
- Select the Reconcile  icon in the Actions column. icon in the Actions column.
- Select the checkbox in the dialog box to mark the message as reconciled.
- Enter any comments or annotations about the reconciliation in the field (optional).
- Select .The dialog box closes, and TraceLink begins asynchronously reconciling the message.

                                                                - Hover over on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Info Exchange.
- Select .

- Set the parameters for the messages to include in the extract: - Select the ProcessLink or app the messages are sent to from the drop-down (optional).
- Enter an name to matches all or part of the file sent by the message (optional).

- Select the type of ISA identifier the company uses when receiving messages (e.g. ASN and Functional Acknowledgment) from the drop-down.
- Enter the value for the ISA receiver identifier in the field.
- Enter the identifier for the Group Segment within the ISA message that the company uses when receiving those messages in the  (optional).  Should match the company's Group (GS) qualifier. Should match the company's Group (GS) qualifier.
-   Select whether the company sends or receives Functional Acknowledgement messages in response to ASNs from the  radio buttons:- My Company Sends Functional Acknowledgement (997) Messages – The company sends messages to the Partner acknowledging the receipt of an ASN.
- My Company Expects to Receive Functional Acknowledgement (997) Messages – The company receives messages from Partners acknowledging the receipt of an ASN.
