Error Messages Description
Item Code [XXX] [YYY] has already been assigned to another product. If the combination of the Item Code and Item Code value are not unique within Master Data the error results.
Another row with this country code already exists. User selected a country code from another row (Target Markets tab).
Reporting Item Code value may not be the same as an Item Code Value. The Reporting Item Code type and value cannot already be entered on the Item Codes tab.
Another row with these Export From and Export To Country Codes already exists. User selected the same Export From / Export To country codes from another row.
[Language Code] (for [Language Name]) must be entered as a Language Code if [Country Code] is a target market. Language Code does not agree with Target Market.
A Packaging Item Code Type and Value combination can only be used once for a particular product. User entered duplicate Item Code Type and Item Code Value.
MinTemp must be less than or equal to MaxTemp  
Temperature Scale must be populated if MinTemp or MaxTemp is present  
Value must be a valid positive whole number. Input is invalid format.
Code Version must be 2 digits long. Input is invalid format.
Code Version is required if selected Packaging Code Type is a CN-ResCode. Code Version was not entered for a CN-ResCode Packaging Code Type.
Code Level is required if selected Packaging Code Type is a CN-ResCode. Code Level was not entered for a CN-ResCode Packaging Code Type.
ScheduledDrug required for Product [CountryDrugCode type] [CountryDrugCode]. (Country Market = IN OR ExportFromCountry = IN) and ScheduledDrug is not found.
Only positive integer values are allowed. If the Batch Size Maximum field is not a valid numeric value, the error results.
Only values from 1 to 100 permitted. If the Acceptable Yield field is not a valid numeric value (1-100), the error results.
Only values between 1 and the value in the Acceptable Yield field permitted. If the Minimum Yield field is not a valid numeric value (1-Acceptable Yield value), the error results.
Acceptable Yield is required if Batch Size Maximum is entered. If the Acceptable Yield field is not provided and a Batch Size Maximum is present, the error results.
Minimum Yield is required if Batch Size Maximum is entered. If the Minimum Yield field is not provided and a Batch Size Maximum is present, the error results.

Partner unknown [ID Type] [ID Value]. The error is thrown if the Distribution Partner ID and MAH ID are not found in Partner Master Data.
Value not found in Company Master Data or Partner Master Data. The error is thrown if the MAH ID specified does not map to the Company or Company Location in the Company Master Data or to a Partner or Partner Location in the Partner Master Data.
Value not found in Partner Master Data. The error is thrown if the Distribution Partner ID specified does not map to the Company or a Location in the Partner Master Data.
Only 10 Distribution Partner IDs can be added here. Upload a CSV file containing more identifiers on the Import Product Master Data screen A maximum of 10 Distribution Partner ID(s) can be added via the user interface for a single Target Market, users must add all additional Distribution Partner ID(s) via CSV upload.
The Packaging Code [Packaging Code] is already associated with a Product Group Code [Group Code]. The error is thrown if the packaging code added is already associated with a product group code in the Product Master Data.
The Packaging Code [Packaging Code] is already associated with a Product Group Code that has no defined code.

The error is thrown if the packaging code added is associated with an empty product group code in the Product Master Data.

Import Company Master Data

Error Message Description
  Error Messages – Company First Row
[FIELD NAME] may not be empty and may not contain <> or /. Required field is missing or contains invalid characters.
Country may not be empty. Country field is missing.

Invalid BusinessType specified. Valid values are "Carrying and Forwarding Agent", "Chemist", "Distributor", "Exporter", "Healthcare Facility", "Importer", "Logistics", "Manufacturer", "Packager", "Pharmacy", "Returns Processor", "Stockist (Regional Distributor)" and "Wholesaler".

If Country is KR, valid values are: "Importer", "Manufacturer", and "Wholesaler".

 BusinessType is invalid.
BusinessLogo claims it is set but is not. BusinessLogo contains the text "IMAGE SET" for an existing record, but there is no business logo already defined.
BusinessLogo must be a BMP, JPG, GIF or PNG file and file size limit is 2 KB. BusinessLogo is in wrong format or exceeds Base64 encoded size of 3KB.
A primary identifier must be specified on the same line as the rest of the company information. Primary is not set to "Yes".
Invalid value for IdentifierType [Field value]. Valid values are: BR - CNES, BR - CNPJ, BR - CPF, BR - PROF REG, CN - NUMBER, COMPANY ID, DUNS, GCP, GLN, KR - BUS REG NUM and SGLN when Primary is set to Yes. IdentifierType is invalid (AR - CUIT, DE - IFA REG NUM, IN - IEC, IN - PAN, IN - TIN, RU - INN Local, RU - INN Foreign, RU - INN Individual, RU - KPP, and RU - Account Number are not valid identifiers when Primary is Yes.).

Additional Troubleshooting Information

  • Selecting more than one search value creates an "AND" search. The results will each include all values entered.
  • To clear all search fields at any time, select Reset.
  • After viewing the details of a specific search result, select View [data] Master Data in the top left corner of the screen to return to the saved search results. Do not click the back button in the browser.
    • E.g. On the View Product Details screen, select View Product Master Data.
