Event Workflow Management

Dispatch Cancel

No Each level GTIN found associated with Delivery Number [delivery number]. There are no GTINs in the delivery at an Each level.

  • Matches the quantity of serial numbers specified in the order item details and Delivery Complete is True, the serial numbers are received and the status of the receipt is changed to Submitted.

Operational Reports

Outbound Movement

Delivery <Delivery Number> already exists. The delivery number is already in use.
Delivery <Delivery Number> from Sender <From Business> and Location <Ship From Location> has already been processed. If a shipping event was sent to the Serialized Operations Manager app and the same Delivery Number from the shipping event was used to receive against that delivery, this error results if the non-unique Ship From Location and From Business were used.
Special character(s) <Character(s)> is not allowed in delivery number. The delivery number must not contain only special characters.
No countries by that name found. The country code is invalid.
Delivery <Delivery Number> could not be processed. Original Delivery must be specified for Corrective Shipment. The Corrective Shipment checkbox is set, but the Original Delivery value was not provided.
Delivery <Delivery Number> could not be processed. Corrective shipment Original Delivery <Original Delivery Number> is not found. The original delivery does not reference original Serialized Operations Manager Shipment message
Delivery <Delivery Number> could not be processed. Corrective shipment Original Delivery <Original Delivery Number> is not in a "Voided - Not Corrected" state and therefore cannot be corrected. The Original Delivery references a Serialized Operations Manager Shipment message in a state other than "Voided - Not Corrected".
