Owners can search for and view the high-level information about any messages generated by Serial Number Exchange packaging events.

View previous events

  1. Hover over Modules in the top left of any screen, and then select Serial Number Exchange.
  2. In the Go To drop-down in the top right, select Packaging Events Log.
  3. In the Search Criteria section, fill in one or more of the following fields to filter the results:
    1. Keywords field – Returns results that contain the entered Keywords in the Request ID, Sender ID, Country Drug Code, Lot Number, Reference Documents, or Status fields.
      Tips:
      • The search is not case sensitive.
      • Use an asterisk (*) wildcard only for single terms, rather than quoted phrases.
      • The search results include all entered words by default (i.e. an AND operator is implied).
      • Enter "OR" between words to search for one word or another.
    2. Occurred On Or After field – The date that the events occurred on or after.
    3. Occurred On Or Before field – The date that the events occurred on or before.
    4. Message Type drop-down – The type of packaging event:
      • All (default)
      • End of Batch – Communicates the quantity of serial numbers produced for a certain lot at the packaging location.
      • Production Order Created – Communicates that a production order has been created.
      • Production Order Withdrawn – Communicates that a production order has been withdrawn.
      • Serial Number Request Denied – Communicates that a serial number request is denied.
      • Serial Number Status Updated – Communicates that the status of serial numbers has been updated.
      • Serial Numbers Disaggregated – Communicates that serial numbers have been successfully disaggregated.
      • Serial Numbers Provisioned – Communicates that serial numbers have been successfully provisioned.
      • Serial Numbers Requested – Communicates that serial numbers are requested.
      • Serial Numbers Transferred – Communicates that serial numbers have been successfully requested to be transferred.
      • Serial Numbers Transferred Response – Communicates that serial numbers have been successfully delivered to the third-party printer.
      • Serial Numbers Used – Communicates that serial numbers have been commissioned successfully.
    5. Packaging Code field – The GTIN, NTIN, CN-Rescode, or GS1 Company Prefix assigned to a specific level of packaging.

    6. ServiceLink drop-down – Required. The Serial Number Exchange Link that includes the Owner and the company or location that requests or receives serial numbers.
    7. Serial Number State drop-down – The current serialization state of the serial number (available only if Message Type is Serial Numbers Used): 
      • Deactivated – The serial number is deactivated.
      • Decommissioned – The serial number is no longer associated with a packaging code, lot number, or expiration date.
      • Destroyed – The serial number is destroyed and cannot be recommissioned.
      • Encoded – The serial number is sent for pre-printing on the product labels after provisioning.
    8. Internal Material Number field – The manufacturer's internal system identifier for the product. Available only if Message Type is Serial Numbers Used.
  4. Select Search.

    The results display in the table.

Tips

  • Select the link in the Message Type column to view its details.
  • Select Export Results to CSV to export a copy of the results table as a CSV file
