How to Navigate to this Screen

Hover over Compliance on the Applications drop-down, and select US Product Track.
Select View Transaction Exchanges from the Go To drop-down in the top-right.

Why Use this Screen

Search for and view transaction exchanges for both shipments and receipts.
Navigate to the View Transaction Exchange Details screen.
Navigate to the View Transaction Histories screen.

Search Fields

Service Publisher – Only transaction exchanges from the app owned by the company selected return in the results table.
If the user selects an Owner other than the user's company, only transaction exchanges that the user's company sends or receives return in the results table.
Date On Or After – Only transaction exchanges that occurred on or after this date return in the results table. Defaults to the current GMT date.
Date On Or Before – Only transaction exchanges that occurred on or before this date return in the results table. Defaults to the current GMT date.
Sender – Only transaction exchanges that originate from the company or location specified return in the results table.
Recipient – Only transaction exchanges received by the company or location specified return in the results table.
Transaction Type – Only the transaction type selected returns in the results table.
- All (default)
- Shipment – Only shipment transactions return in the results table. The drop-down filters shipment exchanges by:
  - Message Status/AckStatus – The drop-down filters shipment exchanges by the status of the Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN) and the status of the Functional Acknowledgment (FA).
    - All (default)
    - Sent/Accepted – The ASN sent, and the receiver of the shipment accepted the message, confirming with a FA.
    - Sent/Rejected – The ASN sent, but the receiver of the shipment did not accept it, and rejected the ASN with an FA.
    - Partner Uses Portal – The Partner does not receive ASNs and can only access the Transaction Histories for the transaction exchanges through the TraceLink Network.
    - Sent/Accepted with Errors – The ASN sent, and the receiver of the shipment accepted the message with errors, confirming with an FA.
    - Sent/Accepted Partially – The ASN sent, and the receiver of the shipment partially accepted the message, confirming with an FA.
    - Sent/Not Received – The ASN sent, but the receiver of the shipment did not receive the message.
- Receipt – Only receipt transactions return in the results table. The drop-down filters receipt exchanges by:
  - Message Status/Ack Status – The drop-down filters receipt exchanges by the status of the Shipment Receipt message and the status of the Functional Acknowledgment (FA).
    - All (default)
    - Received/Accepted – The Shipment Receipt sent, and the sender of the shipment accepted the message, confirming with an FA.
    - Received/Acknowledgment Not Required – The Shipment Receipt sent, and the receiver of the shipment did not require an FA in response.
    - Received/Processing – The Shipment Receipt sent, and the sender of the shipment is awaiting confirmation of the receipt from the receiver of the shipment.
    - Received/Undeliverable – The Shipment Receipt sent, but the sender of the shipment could not receive the message.
Serialized Exchange Type – The drop-down filters transaction exchanges by the type of information they contain and the degree to which they are confirmed.
- All – (default) All transaction exchanges.
- Confirmed - ASN – Only transaction exchanges created via ASN that have a corresponding submitted Serialized Operations Manager Receipt return in the results table.
- Serialized - EPICS – Only transaction exchanges created via EPICS message return in the results table.
- Unconfirmed - ASN – Only transaction exchanges created via ASN that do not have a corresponding submitted Serialized Operations Manager Receipt return in the results table.
Advanced Options – Refine the results by searching for an NDC, keywords, or a serial number.
- NDC and Keywords – (default) This radio button reveals the NDC and Keywords search fields.
  - NDC – Only transaction exchanges including products with this NDC return in the results table.
  - Keywords – Only transactions including keywords found in the Delivery Number, Lot Number, Transaction ID (e.g. PO, ASN, RMA Number), Sender Name, Sender ID, Recipient Name, or Recipient ID fields display.
- Serial Number – This radio button reveals the Serial Number search field.
  - Serial Number – Only transactions including products with this serial number return in the results table.

Static Information

Dispenser Owners can enable Receipts to be automatically assigned to a specific location. If this option is enabled, users only see transactions with a Type of Receipt if:

The receipt is assigned to a location that the user has access to.
The receipt does not have an identifier that could be matched to a specific location when TraceLink processed it.

Shipment Date – Date the sender shipped the product.
Type – The type of transaction recorded in this exchange, determined by the user's company's role in the transaction.
Msg Status / Ack Status – The status of either an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) from the sender or a Shipment Receipt message from the receiver. / The status of the Functional Acknowledgment (FA) from the receiver of the shipment (acknowledging the ASN) or the sender of the shipment (acknowledging the shipment receipt message).
Transaction ID – Shipment transaction identifier(s).
Delivery Number – Number assigned to uniquely identify the shipment.
If a transaction exchange contains both the ASN and serialization information, the results table displays 2 rows for the same delivery number, representing each message.
Portal Access Code – The access code provided for a trade partner Member that does not link to the Owner's app (e.g. for a drop shipment). The Member uses this code to access Transaction Histories for the exchanges through the Transaction Histories portal within the Community app.
Item Quantity – Total number of items in the shipment. Includes all pharmaceutical products documented within TraceLink, as well as non-pharmacuetical products that TraceLink does not track.
Sender ID – The identifier for the company that shipped the product.
Sender Name – The name of the company that shipped the product.
Recipient ID – The identifier for the company that received the product.
Recipient Name – The name of the company that received the product.

Search Transaction Exchanges

If the Search Fields are not visible, select the blue arrow to the left of Search Criteria section.

Select a Service Publisher from the drop-down.
Select a Date on or After from the date picker.
Select a Date On or Before from the date picker.
Enter a Sender in the type-ahead field, or select the menu button to see all senders.
Enter a Recipient in the type-ahead field, or select the menu button to see all recipients.
Select a Transaction Type from the radio buttons.
- Select a Message Status/Ack Statusfrom the drop-down to the right if the user selects the Shipment or Receipt radio button.
Select a Serialized Exchange Type from the drop-down.
Select an Advanced Options radio button.

If the user selects the NDC and Keywords radio button:
1. Enter a NDC in the type-ahead field, or select the menu button to see all NDCs.
2. Enter any Keywords in the text field.
Enter a Serial Number in the text field if the user selects the Serial Number radio button.

Select the Search button.
The results display in the table.

View the Transaction Exchange Details

Hover over the View icon () to see whether the row represents the ASN or the Serialized Shipment.

Select the View Transaction Exchange for ASN icon () in the Actions column of the results table.
The View Transaction Exchange Details screen displays.

View Serial Numbers for a Transaction Exchange

Hover over the View icon () to see whether the row represents the ASN or the Serialized Shipment.

Select the View Transaction Exchange for Serialized Shipment icon () in the Actions column of the results table.
The View Transaction Exchange Details (Serialized) screen displays.

View Transaction Histories for an Exchange

Select the Transaction Histories icon () in the Actions column of the results table.
The View Transaction Histories screen displays, with the Delivery Number of the transaction exchange entered into the Keywords search field. The corresponding Transaction Histories display in the results table.
