View Transaction Exchange Details

Select the View Transaction Exchange for ASN icon () in the results table on the View Transaction Exchanges screen.

View detailed information about a specific transaction exchange.

• Service Publisher – The company that owns the Product Track app used for this transaction exchange.
• Location – The location of the Service Publisher involved in this exchange.
• Type – The type of transaction recorded in this exchange, determined by the user's company's role in the transaction.
• Shipment – The user's company created and sent the shipment.
• Receipt – The user's company received the shipment.
• From Business – Identifier, name, and address of the company that shipped the product.
• Message Status – The status of either an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) from the sender or a Shipment Receipt message from the receiver.
• Sent – The To Business sent an ASN to the From Business.
• Partner Uses Portal – The Partner does not receive ASNs and can only access the Transaction Histories for the transaction exchanges through the TraceLink Network.
• Received – The From Business sent a Shipment Receipt message to the To Business.
• Ack Status – The status of the Functional Acknowledgment (FA) from the receiver of the shipment (acknowledging the ASN) or the sender of the shipment (acknowledging the shipment receipt message).
  • Accepted – The FA confirms that the receiver of the message accepted it.
  • Accepted Partially – The FA confirms that the receiver of the message partially accepted it.
  • Accepted With Errors – The FA confirms that the receiver of the message accepted it but notes errors with the message.
  • Acknowledgment Not Required – The message does not require an FA.
  • Not Received – The receiver of the message did not receive it.
  • Processing – The Shipment Receipt sent, and the sender of the shipment is awaiting confirmation of the receipt from the receiver of the shipment.
  • Rejected – The receiver of the message rejected it.
  • Undeliverable – The Shipment Receipt sent, but the sender of the shipment could not receive the message.
  • -- – The Partner does not receive ASNs or shipment receipt messages.
• Delivery Number – Number assigned to uniquely identify the shipment.
• Portal Access Code – The access code provided for a trade partner Member that does not link to the Owner's app (e.g. for a drop shipment). The Member uses this code to access Transaction Histories for the exchanges through the Transaction Histories portal within the Community app.
• Shipment Date – Date the sender shipped the product.
• To Business – Identifier, name, and address of the company that received the product.
• Transaction IDs – Shipment transaction identifier(s).

• Item Code Type – The item code type for the product's unique item code.

• Item Code – The unique item code that identifies the product.
• Description – Typically includes the product name, dosage, form, and the number of doses.
• Lot Number – The lot number associated with the product.
• Expiration Date – The date that the product expires.
• Quantity – The number of individual units of product in the transaction.
• Traceability Required – Indicates whether the product legally needs to be traced through the pharmaceutical supply chain with Transaction Histories.
• Yes – The product requires Transaction Histories.
• No – The product is exempt from Transaction Histories.

• Error Code – The error code returned by the Functional Acknowledgment (FA).
• Description – Description of the error code.

• Select the View Serial Numbers button.

  The View Confirmed Serialized Contents screen displays.

  This button displays and is enabled only if the transaction exchange's corresponding Serialized Operations Manger Receipt is successfully submitted. The Received Transaction History Message Processed Sucussfully event workflow must be enabled to generate the receipt for the transaction exchange.

• Select the Download Serial Numbers button.

  A CSV file downloads containing the transaction exchange's serial numbers.

  This button displays and is enabled only if the transaction exchange's corresponding Serialized Operations Manger Receipt is successfully submitted. The Received Transaction History Message Processed Sucussfully event workflow must be enabled to generate the receipt for the transaction exchange.

• Select the View Transaction History button.

  The View Transaction Histories screen displays, with the Delivery Number of the transaction exchange entered into the Keywords search field. The corresponding Transaction Histories display in the results table.

• Select the Info Exchange link in the Message Status or Ack Status fields, if the link is present.

  The View Transaction Details screen displays in Info Exchange.
