Serial Number Manager Response Overview
The Serial Number Manager Response message is sent from the Pharmaceutical Manufacturer partner's serialization system of record to the TraceLink system to deliver serial number data requested by a CMO. It is a response to the Serial Number Manager Request message initiated by the CMO.
This message uses the Park and Retry functionality. If a prerequisite condition for this message has not been met, TraceLink stops processing the task, returns the task to the queue, and then tries to process the task again every 15 minutes for up to two hours.Main Topics
