Serial Number Manager Response Errors (XML)
The following errors may be encountered with the Serial Number Manager Response message:

| cmn:NumberEncoding | Number encoding value is required !!! | The error occurs if the source is empty or null. |
| cmn:ObjectIdentifier | One of CompanyPrefixObjectKey OR GTIN14ObjectKey OR CNSubtypeObjectKey OR CNResCodeObjectKey OR NTINObjectKey is required !!! |
The error occurs if none, or more than one, of the following is present: cmn:CNSubtypeObjectKey, cmn:CompanyPrefixObjectKey, cmn:GTIN14ObjectKey, cmn:CNResCodeObjectKey, or cmn:NTINObjectKey.  The response is accepted when cmn:CNSubtypeObjectKey, or cmn:CNRescodeObjectKey, or both are present. |
| cmn:SerialNumberRange | One of cmn:SerialNumberRange OR cmn:SerialNumberList OR cmn:ErrorMessage is required !!! | The error occurs if none, or more than one, of the following is present: cmn:ErrorMessage, cmn:SerialNumberList, or cmn:SerialNumberRange. |

| Serial Number Template | Sender is not authorized to provide serial numbers for this Serial Number Manager template. This means that the sender is not a subscriber to the service, the template is not set to auto replenishment, or the template is not configured to authorize the sender as a provider of serial numbers | The error occurs if any of the following conditions exist: the template is not setup for external replenishment, Serial Number Manager subscriber is not the same as the message sender, or the template is not active. |
| Class 3 Errors | ||
| The following is thrown for all Class 3 errors: “INTERNALERROR=Internal error from server [server details].” Please contact Support if this error is encountered. | ||
