View Metrics for Resolution Time and Response Time
The Query Item and Query Work Item APIs are updated with the following reporting metrics to calculate the resolution time and response time:

Resolution time- The number of hours between creating and closing an Item or Work Item. -
Initiator Time to Act- The number of hours between creating and submitting an Item or Work Item to the assignee company. -
Assignee Time to Respond- The number of hours between submitting an Item or Work Item to the assignee company and closing that Item or Work Item.
