View Metrics for Resolution Time and Response Time
The Query Compliance Exceptions API is updated with the following reporting metrics for compliance exceptions:
Owner Time to Act: The number of hours between creating the compliance exception and submitting the compliance exception to the partner.Partner Time to Close: The number of hours between when the Partner receives a compliance exception and when the compliance exception is closed.

A data mismatch occurs when users click on the count link of any open recalls chart card on the Monitor dashboard. The count link directs to the Search page, where the query should show only the open recalls and should not include opt out, completed, and terminated recalls. This issue is resolved. |
