View B2B messages
Application Administrators and members with standard access can filter and view the B2B messages exchanged using a given NetSuite, MS Dynamics, and JD Edwards connection.
Owners can view the status of sent messages only. To check whether the message successfully reached the corresponding recipient, go to the network that the message was sent within (e.g. the specific Multienterprise Information Network Tower network).
View B2B messages

Select the Main Menu icon.

Select Extensible Tracelink Transfer Link Actions.
- Select in the side menu.

Select the Filter button.

In the Filters panel, fill in one or more of the following fields to filter the results:
- field – The type of message being exchanged, e.g. Purchase Order.

field – The name of the B2B connection.

drop-down – The direction of the message.

Inbound – A B2B message sent to TraceLink.

Outbound – A B2B message sent from TraceLink.

Failure – Messages that failed to deliver to the recipient.
Processing – Messages that are still in-progress.
Success – Messages that are successfully delivered to the recipient.

See the information that displays for each B2B message- Message Type – The type of message being exchanged, e.g. Purchase Order.
- Connection Name –The name of the B2B connection.

Processing Status drop-down – The status of the message:
- Failure – Messages that failed to deliver to the recipient.

- Transaction Start Time – The day (in DD MMM YYYY format), the time (in HH:MM::SS format) when TraceLink received the message.
- Transaction End Time – The day (in DD MMM YYYY format), the time (in HH:MM::SS format) when TraceLink received a delivery response from the target application.

Select the message type link from the results table.
The View B2B Message Details screen displays.
Tips
- The View B2B Message Details screen is also displayed by selecting the View icon in the row of the B2B message.
B2B Message Details
- Connection Name –The name of the B2B connection.
- Direction - The direction of the message:
- Inbound – A B2B message sent to TraceLink.
- Outbound – A B2B message sent from TraceLink.
- Transform Name – The name of the transform used for a B2B message.
- Transform Version – The version number of the transform used for a B2B message.
- Processing Status drop-down – The status of the B2B message:
- Failure – Messages that failed to deliver to the recipient.

Success – Messages that are successfully delivered to the recipient.
- Transaction Start Time – The day (in DD MMM YYYY format), the time (in HH:MM::SS format) when TraceLink received the message.
- Transaction End Time – The day (in DD MMM YYYY format), the time (in HH:MM::SS format) when TraceLink received a delivery response from the target application.
- Transaction Duration – The time taken to send a message and receive a delivery response from the target application, marking the completion of the transaction.
- Transaction Identifier - The unique identifier of the transaction.
- Transaction Type Name - The type of document being exchanged, e.g. Purchase Order.
- Owner Region - The TraceLink region where the Owner's data resides, e.g. tl-us-region.
- B2B Result Code - The status of the B2B message. The values are:
Failed – Messages that failed to deliver to the recipient.
Success – Messages that are successfully delivered to the recipient.
- Error Code - The error code indicating the reason for failure.
- Error Description - The description of the error.
- B2B Connection Identifier - The unique identifier of the B2B transaction.
- Integration Principal User Identifier - The ID that identifies a company and enables to send and receive B2B messages to TraceLink and have the required memberships of enterprise and multi-enterprise applications that are involved in processing of B2B messages. See the Administer Help Center for information about how to create and activate integration principals.
- Originating Application Name - The name of the application from which the B2B message is sent from.
- Originating Region - The TraceLink region where the Owner's data resides, e.g. tl-us-region.
- Transform Set Name - The name of the transform set associated with a B2B connection. See the Administer Help Center for information about how to create and enable transform sets.
- B2B Response Option - The delivery option for the B2B message (e.g. Sent To Business Application).
- B2B Connection Identifier - The unique identifier of the B2B transaction.
- Integration Principal User Identifier - The ID that identifies a company and enables to send and receive B2B messages to TraceLink and have the required memberships of enterprise and multi-enterprise applications that are involved in processing of B2B messages. - Receiving Application Name - The name of the application to which the B2B message is sent.
- Target Region -The TraceLink region to which the Owner's data is sent, e.g. tl-us-region.
- Transform Set Name - The name of the transform set associated with a B2B connection. See the Administer Help Center for information about how to create and enable transform sets.
- Delivery Option - The delivery option for the B2B message (e.g. No Processing, Transform Only, Transform And Deliver).
