B2B Support for Non-EDI Batch Inbound Messages

This release includes support to inbound batch processing for non-EDI file formats, such as .csv, .xml.

The impacts for this feature are the same B2B Support for Non-EDI Batch Inbound Messages feature in the Extensible TraceLink Transfer, solution version 7.1.0 release.

XTT supports only inbound batch messages.
