View dashboards

Dashboards allow users to see a variety of data in a single page, using tables or a wide range of charts. This topic describes the steps required to view dashboards.

View dashboards

  1. Select the Main Menu icon.

  2. Select My Networks.
  3. Select a [SOM Network] from the Select your Network drop-down in the header.
  4. Select a Partner or location from the Select your Partner or Location drop-down in the header.
  5. Select Go.

  6. Select Dashboards from the side menu.

  7. Select the desired dashboard from the left menu:

    • Receiving Operations – Location Summary Dashboard – Provides a summary of receiving activities by warehouse or location for a selected period, including receiving sessions, processed serial numbers, pass and fail counts, received shipments, and operator activity.

    • Receiving Operations – User Activity Dashboard – Provides insights into operator performance for receiving operations, including completed receiving sessions, processed serial numbers, pass and fail rates, and received shipments.

    • Receiving Operations – Scan Activity Dashboard – Provides detailed insights into serial number scanning activities, including scan volumes, processing trends, average scans per session, and throughput metrics.

    • Receiving Operations – Error Summary Dashboard – Summarizes receiving operation failures by error type for a selected period, including the frequency and percentage of each error category to help identify the most common issues affecting receiving efficiency and data quality.

    • Receiving Operations – Reconciliation Summary Dashboard – Provides a summary of quantity reconciliation results for receiving sessions against associated shipments, enabling a consolidated view of receiving accuracy and performance.

This is derived from the Receiving Operations – Location Summary Report and displays the following:

  • Session Activity by Location – Shows the count of receiving operations and deliveries processed for a given location.

  • Scan Activity by Location – Shows the count of successful and failed serial number scans for a location.

This is derived from the Receiving Operations – User Activity Report and displays the following:

  • Session Activity by User – Shows the count of receiving operations and deliveries processed performed by a user.

  • Scan Activity by User – Shows the count of successful and failed serial number scans performed by a user.

This is derived from the Receiving Operations – Scan Activity Report and displays the following:

  • Session Activity by Date – Shows the count of receiving operations and deliveries processed on a given date.

  • Scan Activity by Date – Shows the count of successful and failed serial number scans on a given date.

This is derived from the Receiving Operations – Error Summary Report and displays the following:

  • Error message – Shows the count of error messages based on the error type.

This is derived from the Receiving Operations – Reconciliation Summary Report and displays the following:

  • Reconciliation Summary by User – Shows the count of expected and received serial numbers scanned by the user.

  • Reconciliation Summary by Location – Shows the count of expected and received serial numbers scanned for a location.
