View reports

Reports are essential components used to visualize, analyze, and monitor business processes and performance using data collected from across the serialization system. This topic describes the steps required to view reports.

View reports

  1. Select the Main Menu icon.

  2. Select My Networks.
  3. Select a [SOM Network] from the Select your Network drop-down in the header.
  4. Select a Partner or location from the Select your Partner or Location drop-down in the header.
  5. Select Go.

  6. Select Reports from the side menu.

  7. Select the desired report from the left menu:

    • Receiving Operations – Location Summary Report – Provides a summary of receiving activities by warehouse or location for a selected period, including receiving sessions, processed serial numbers, pass and fail counts, received shipments, and operator activity.

    • Receiving Operations – User Activity Report – Provides insights into operator performance for receiving operations, including completed receiving sessions, processed serial numbers, pass and fail rates, and received shipments.

    • Receiving Operations – Scan Activity Report – Provides detailed insights into serial number scanning activities, including scan volumes, processing trends, average scans per session, and throughput metrics.

    • Receiving Operations – Error Summary Report – Summarizes receiving operation failures by error type for a selected period, including the frequency and percentage of each error category to help identify the most common issues affecting receiving efficiency and data quality.

    • Receiving Operations – Session Summary Report – Summarizes receiving session performance, including session duration, processed shipments, scanned serial numbers, pass and fail counts, operator activity, locations, and timestamps to help analyze operational throughput, productivity, and quality.

    • Receiving Operations – Reconciliation Summary Report – Provides a summary of quantity reconciliation results for receiving sessions against associated shipments, enabling a consolidated view of receiving accuracy and performance.

Tips

  • To remove a filter, select the Close button in the chip containing the filter.

  • Right-click on any row to open the context menu and select Export. In the Export menu, select:

    • CSV Export – To export the report in CSV format.

    • Excel Export – To export the report in Excel format.

  • Report details

    Displays the following columns:

    • Location – Name of the location performing the receiving operation for a product.

    • Receiving Sessions – Number of receiving operations performed at the given location.

    • Deliveries Processed – Number of deliveries received at the given location.

    • SN Scanned – Total number of serial numbers scanned for all the receiving operations at a given location.

    • Passed – Total number of successful scans for all receiving operations at a given location.

    • Failed – Total number of failed scans for all receiving operations at a given location.

    Displays the following columns:

    • User – Name of the user performing the receiving operation for a product.

    • Location – Name of the location the user is performing the receiving operation.

    • Sessions – Number of receiving operations performed by the user.

    • Deliveries – Number of deliveries received by the user.

    • SN Scanned – Total number of serial numbers scanned for all the receiving operations by the user.

    • Passed – Total number of successful scans for all receiving operations performed by the user.

    • Failed – Number of failed scans during the receiving operation.

    Displays the following columns:

    • Date – Specifies the date the scan was performed for the receiving operation, in DD-MMM-YYYY format.

    • Location – Name of the location the scan was performed for the receiving operation.

    • Sessions – Number of receiving operations performed on a given date.

    • Total SN Scanned – Number of serial numbers scanned on a given date.

    • Avg SN per Session – Average number of receiving operations on a given date.

    • Deliveries Processed – Number of deliveries processed on a given date.

    Displays the following columns:

    • Error Type – Specifies a type of error, e.g. Serial Number Not Found.

    • Count – The number of particular type of error.

    • % of Total Failures – Percentage of the error type relative to the total number of errors.

    Displays the following columns:

    • Session ID – ID of the receiving operation.

    • Location – Name of the location the receiving operation was performed.

    • Sessions – Name of the user who performed the receiving operation.

    • Start Time – The time the receiving operation started.

    • End Time – The time the receiving operation completed.

    • Deliveries – Number of deliveries complete in a receiving operation.

    • SN Scanned – Number of serial number scanned in a receiving operation.

    • Passed – Number of successful scans in a receiving operation.

    • SN Scanned – Number of failed scans in a receiving operation.

    Displays the following columns:

    • Session ID – ID of the receiving operation.

    • Location – Name of the location where reconciliation was performed for the receiving operation.

    • User – Name of the user who performed the reconciliation for the receiving operation.

    • Shipment Number – The Shipment ID for the receiving operation.

    • Expected Qty – The expected quantity in the receiving operation.

    • Received Qty – The actual received quantity in the receiving operation.
