Enhancements to Support Large Quantities of Serial Numbers

The internal version of the Product Information Manager solution for TraceLink's Network Operations team is enhanced to process large quantities of serial numbers for recalls.

The Product Information Manager, solution version 9.0 Web UI is enhanced to reprocess transactions more efficiently.

Search Shipment Notices by Date Filter and Transfer From Business

For Product Information Manager Owners and Partners, the Search Shipment Notices by Access Code screen has been updated in the following ways to improve usability:

  • The Date drop-down is added to filter and view the list of shipment notices for the selected time period. Only shipment notices for the last 15 days are available. The system will return an error if the search exceeds 15 days. The filter options are:
    • Last Week (default)
    • Custom Range (maximum 15 days)
  • The Transfer From Business field is changed from a type ahead to a text box. The values entered in the Transfer From Business field must exactly match the Transfer From Business value listed in the shipment notice, partial matches are not returned.
