Configure Product Information Manager

Assign Product Information Manager roles

See the Administer Help Center for information about how to assign Product Information Manager roles to users.

  • Application Administrator – Allows users to view, filter, and export shipment notices, as well as administer the Product Information Manager app on the Opus Platform by adding users and assigning roles to them.
  • Member - Standard Shipment Notices Access – Allows users to view, filter, and export shipment notices.
  • Member - Classic Access – Allows users to access the classic Track & Trace Services (TTS) Transaction Histories screens through the Opus Platform.

Set up notifications

All users can sign up to receive email notifications based on certain events. See the Opus Platform Help Center for more information.

 

  • New Recalls - The users receive a notification when a new recall is created.
  • Recall is Submitted for Review – The users receive a notification when a recall is submitted for review.
  • Recall Message Delivery Fail – The users receive a notification when a recall message delivery fails.
  • Recall Notice is Rejected – The users receive a notification when a recall notice is rejected.
  • Recall Updates – The users receive a notification when a recall is updated.
