Standard Agent Profiles Renamed to Marketplace Agent Profiles
The OPUS Agent Manager documentation clarifies the differences between Marketplace Agent Profiles, Company Agent Profiles, and Agents. Marketplace Agent Profiles were previously called Standard Agent Profiles in some areas. TraceLink or Partners add Marketplace Agent Profiles and make them available through the Marketplace. Users add Company Agent Profiles for company-specific use.
Owners of OPUS Agent Manager cannot add Marketplace Agent Profiles directly. Instead, they can add Company Agent Profiles from scratch or use an existing Marketplace Agent Profile as a starting point, depending on the supported workflow.
