OPUS Agent Manager helps organizations define, create, and manage agents that support business work on OPUS. Instead of building each agent separately, teams can create reusable agent profiles that describe what an agent should do, what outcomes it should help achieve, and what boundaries it must follow. These profiles can then be tested, promoted, and used to create live agent instances for specific companies, applications, or process networks.
