Configure Multienterprise Process Connect

Unlike other Opus apps, Multienterprise Process Connect must be configured on Track & Trace Services because Multienterprise Process Connect supports asynchronous messages, which are not yet available on the Opus Platform. Multienterprise Process Connect does support linking Partners and internal locations through ServiceLinks, like US Product Track. Assign Multienterprise Process Connect roles

See the Administer Help Center for information about how to assign Multienterprise Process Connect roles to users. This is the only administration task that can be performed for Multienterprise Process Connect on the Opus Platform.

  • Member - Standard Access – Allows users to search for, view, and reprocess failed messages.
  • Member - Expanded Access – Allows users to search for, view, and reprocess failed messages. Also allows users to download a message's input, output, and canonical files.
  • Partner Member – Expanded Access – Allows users from Partner companies to search for, view, and reprocess failed messages (i.e. purchase orders). Also allows users to download a message's input, output, and canonical files.
  • Partner Member – Standard Access – Allows users from Partner companies to search for, view, and reprocess failed messages (i.e. purchase orders).
  • Buyer Member – Standard Access – Allows users from companies who are acting as buyers in the supply chain to:
    • Search for and view purchase orders in the Web UI.
    • Search for and view purchase order acknowledgments in the Web UI.
  • Seller Member– Standard Access – Allows users from companies who are acting as suppliers in the supply chain to:
    • Search for and view purchase orders in the Web UI.
    • Search for and view purchase order acknowledgments in the Web UI.
    • Create purchase order acknowledgments in the Web UI.
  • Buyer Partner Member – Standard Access – Allows users from Partner companies who are acting as suppliers in the supply chain to:
    • Search for and view purchase orders in the Web UI.
    • Search for and view purchase order acknowledgments in the Web UI.
    • Create purchase order acknowledgments in the Web UI.
  • Seller Partner Member – Standard Access – Allows users from Partner companies who are acting as buyer in the supply chain to:
    • Search for and view purchase orders in the Web UI.
    • Search for and view purchase order acknowledgments in the Web UI.

Monitor asynchronous messages

Multienterprise Process Connect asynchronous messages can be monitored through either Opus Multienterprise Information Network Tower or Track & Trace Services Info Exchange. See the Info Exchange Online Help for more information.
