Shipment
Bahrain Compliance Owners generate the Shipment report to capture products imported to Bahrain as a sale or transfer.
Configure the report
The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in
for Bahrain Compliance. Make sure one of the following event triggers are enabled:Source Application | Event | Action | Description |

Bahrain Compliance generates the Shipment report when TraceLink processes a Product Shipped or ESM Product Shipped event and the following conditions are met:
- The Bahrain. is
- The Sale - Export or Transfer - Export. is either
- The Bahrain. is
- The Sale - Export or Transfer - Export. is either
- The cmn:ShipToCountryCode is
BH
. - The shipment has a cmn:SalesDistributonType of
EXPORTSALE
orEXPORTTRANSFER
.
Use either of the following messages to generate the Shipment report:
- Sales Shipment (XML) available in the Serialized Operations Manager Core Integration API guide.
- ESM Shipment (XML) available in the Serialized Operations Manager ESM Synchronization API guide.
- The tl:shipToCountryCode is
BH
. - The shipment has a tl:salesDistributionType of
EXPORTSALE
orEXPORTTRANSFER

Generate the report
To generate the Shipment report automatically, enable the appropriate event triggers and ensure that the relevant event trigger conditions are met in Master Data Exchange. When configured, Bahrain Compliance generates the Shipment report automatically when a shipment occurs in one of the following interfaces:
Add a shipment in the Serialized Operations Manager Web UI to trigger a Shipment report for product imported or transferred to Bahrain. See the Serialized Operations Manager Online Help for more information.
- Hover over Serialized Operations Manager. , and then select
- Expand the Create Delivery. drop-down and then select
- Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the drop-down in the upper right.
- Complete the fields as follows:
Field Description Values The country the product is being imported to. Bahrain The type of the sale of product. Sale - Export or Transfer - Export The company shipping the product. An SGLN must be present in Company or Partner Master Data. The location shipping the product. An SGLN must be present in Company or Partner Master Data. The lot number that includes the product. Must be present for each-level serial numbers. The expiration date of the product. Must be present for each-level serial numbers. - Select
The View Deliveries screen displays, and the shipment is created.

Use the Bahrain Compliance Web UI to manually generate the Shipment report. This option is useful if a report failed to generate automatically, and the information must still be submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.

Select the Main Menu icon .
- Select Bahrain Compliance.
A new tab opens and displays information for the Bahrain Compliance app.
- Select the Generate Report icon.
- Select Shipment as the to generate.
- Enter the to generate the report for.
- Select
The panel closes, and TraceLink begins generating the report.

Report details
- Report Type – Shipment.
- Status – The status of the report (e.g. Generated).
- Date Reported – The date and time that the report was submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
- Time Offset – The time zone offset in effect at the time and place that the report was submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
Tips
- Select the file name below Report Type to export the report file submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
- Select the file name below Response Files to export the message disposition notification acknowledgment from the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.

- Packaging Code – The packaging code GTIN of the each.
- Product Description – The description of the product in Master Data Exchange.
- Lot Number – The lot number of the serialized items.
- Expiration Date – The expiration date associated with the Lot Number.
- Quantity – The total quantity of the each-level serial numbers for the specified Packaging Code and Lot Number.
Tips
- Select the Export icon in a row to export the commission information for the Packaging Code.
- Serial Number – The serial number in the shipment's top-level aggregation.
Eaches display when there are non-aggregated items in the shipment (i.e. loose eaches).
- Packaging Level – The packaging level of the Serial Number.
- Child Quantity – The number of children aggregated to the Serial Number.
- Event ID – The unique event ID of the aggregation event with the Serial Number.
- Event Date – The date and time zone offset of the aggregation event.
- Event Type – The type of event (e.g. Aggregation).
Tips
- Select the value in the Event ID column to export the aggregation information for the event.
- Select the Actionicon, and then select See the information that displays on the View Serial Number [Serial Number] screenAggregation Information
- Parent Serial Number – The serial number of the parent container of the child serial numbers.
- Packaging Level – The packaging level of the Parent Serial Number.
- Event Date – The date and time of the aggregation event.
- Child Quantity – The number of children aggregated to the Parent Serial Number.
- Event ID – The unique event ID of the report that contains the Parent Serial Number.
- Action – The action being taken at the time of the aggregation event. Displays as ADD.
- Business Step – The step within the business process at the time of the aggregation event. Displays as Packing.
- Disposition – The status that results from the aggregation event. Displays as In Progress.
- Read Point – The SGLN of the company where the aggregation event takes place.
- Business Location – The SGLN of the company where the product is located at the time of the aggregation event.
Commissioned Children- Serial Number – The child serial numbers aggregated to the Parent Serial Number in the Aggregation Information section.
- Packaging Level – The packaging level of the Serial Number.
- Child Quantity – The number aggregated to the Serial Number.
- Event ID – The unique event ID of the report.
- Event Date – The date and time zone offset in effect at time and place where the event occurred.

- Select the Export icon in a row to export the information in the table.
- Select the value in the Event ID column to export the commission information for the event.
