FAQs

TraceLink apps are extended through solutions, which pull together assets that define how the app looks and functions when users interact with it (i.e. the app's data model, workflows, experience tasks, roles, and policies). A solution is associated with an app and can be customized. For more information on solutions and customizing solutions for an app, see the Customize Help Center.

The Bahrain Compliance app only has one solution, which is also called Bahraina Compliance. Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Repackagers/Parallel Importers, and Wholesale Distributors use Bahrain Compliance to meet the reporting requirements of Law No. 38 of 2009. Bahrain Compliance generates reports for regulated products as they move through the supply chain and allows Owners to submit compliance reports to the National Health Regulatory Authority-Medical Value Chain (NHRA-MVC) Traceability Hub, which is Bahrain's national reporting system.
Compliance reports

Compliance reports for Bahrain can be generated in the following ways:
- Automatically, by enabling event triggers:
When the appropriate event triggers are enabled, Bahrain Compliance generates reports when certain events occur in TraceLink (e.g. when a shipment occurs in Serialized Operations Manager). See Generate compliance reports for a list of supported Bahrain Compliance report types, and select the name of a report to view the events and conditions that generate it.
- Manually, using the Bahrain Compliance Web UI:
Owners can manually generate reports in Bahrain Compliance by using the Web UI. This option is useful if a report failed to generate automatically, and the information must still be submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
In Bahrain Compliance, Turing 2021.1, Owners work with TraceLink Support set up event triggers for reports.

Yes. Bahrain Compliance reports can be generated as needed using the Web UI. See Generate compliance reports for information about how to manually generate each type of report using the Web UI.
