Monitor compliance reports

Monitor compliance reports at a high level to understand the state of all reports that your company generates. For example, some reports might have errors which need to be resolved before the reports can be submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.

Filter and view compliance reports

  1. Select the Main Menu icon .

  2. Select Bahrain Compliance.

    A new tab opens and displays information for the Bahrain Compliance app.

  3. Fill in one or more of the following fields to filter for reports:
    1. Date Range field – The date range when the reports were generated.
    2. Delivery Number field – The delivery number of the shipment.
    3. Status drop-down – The status of the report:
      • Generated – The report is generated but not yet submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
      • Submitted – The report is generated and successfully submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
      • Generation Failed – The report failed to generate.
      • Submission Failed – The report is generated but was not successfully submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
  4. Select Show Additional Filters to specify another filter option.
  5. Select Add Another Filter and fill in one or more of the following fields to further filter the results:
    1. Filter By – The type of value to filter for:

      Select the Remove icon to remove filter criteria.

      • Ship From Location – The location where the product is shipped from.
      • Ship To Location – The location where the product is shipped to.
      • Lot Number – The lot number of the product.
      • Packaging Code – The packaging code of the product.
    2. Add Another Filter – To specify another Filter By option.

      Select the Remove icon to remove filter criteria.

  6. Select Apply.

    The results display in the table.

    • Status – The status of the report:
      • Generated – The report is generated but not yet submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
      • Submitted – The report is generated and successfully submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
      • Generation Failed – The report failed to generate.
      • Submission Failed – The report is generated but was not successfully submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.
    • Report Type – The type of report (e.g. Shipment).
    • Delivery Number – The delivery number included in the report.
    • Products – The number of different products included in the report.
    • Quantity – The quantity of serial numbers included in the report.
    • From Business – The address and SGLN of the company that shipped the product.
    • To Business – The address and SGLN of the company that received the product.
    • Date Reported – The date the report was submitted to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub.

Tips

  • Select the Actionicon, and then select View Report to view complete information about the report on a separate screen.
  • Select the Actionicon, and then select View Errors to view the description of the error. Displays only when the report contains an error.
  • Select anywhere in a row to view the [Report Type] Report panel with additional information about the report (e.g. Ship From Location, Ship To Location, Date Shipped).
