UI features
The following new or updated functionality is included in this release.
View Recalls Received from Non-FDA Sources
Owners and Partners of Supply Chain Work Management can now receive recalls issued by sources other than the FDA and can also enable historical sync for such recalls which allows users to sync recalls from non-FDA sources from the past. On the View Recall screen, when viewing the details for non-FDA recalls, the Notice Source and Notice Source Entity fields under Regulatory Information display the recall's source. For example, Owners or Partners can view and act on non-FDA recalls in Supply Chain Work Management by checking the values in the notice source field (e.g., state board of pharmacy) and the source entity field for the issuing organization, such as the California Board of Pharmacy.
By default, Owners and Partners of Supply Chain Work Management will receive recalls issued by non-FDA sources. To unsubscribe, contact Tracelink Support.
