Enable email notifications

Configure email notifications for the Russia Compliance app

To configure the email notifications that you want to receive from TraceLink for events that occur in the Russia Compliance app. See the Settings Online Help for more information.

  1. Hover over Application Settings on the User profile in the top right of any screen, and then select Russia Compliance.
  2. Select the checkbox for the Notify Me When... event to receive notifications for:
    • MDLP returns a Rejected or Partial status for a submitted report
    • MDLP sends a Notification report

    • OMS returns a Rejected or Partial status for a submitted report

    • OMS returns a 400 - Incorrect Parameters error for Submission of Utilisation Report

    • OMS returns a 500 - Request Fail (Internal Server Error) for Submission of Utilisation Report

  3. Select Save Changes.

    The screen refreshes, and the settings are saved.

Configure email notifications for the Russia Crypto Codes app

To configure the email notifications that you want to receive from TraceLink for events that occur in the Russia Crypto Codes app. See the Settings Online Help for more information.

  1. Hover over Application Settings on the User profile in the top right of any screen, and then select Russia Crypto Codes.
  2. Select the checkbox for the Notify Me When... event to receive notifications for:
    • OMS returns a 400 - Incorrect Parameters error for an Order Submission

    • OMS returns a 500 - Request Fail (Internal Server Error) for an Order Submission

    • OMS returns a 400 - Incorrect Parameters error for Crypto Code Requests

    • OMS returns a 500 - Request Fail (Internal Server Error) for Crypto Code Requests
  3. Select Save Changes.

    The screen refreshes, and the settings are saved.
