View Exception

Select the Exception ID link in the Results table of the View Exceptions screen.

• View the details of an exception recorded for serial numbers.

• Download serial numbers with exceptions.

• delivery Number - The delivery number that uniquely identifies the shipment. If multiple deliveries are received in a single receipt, all delivery numbers contained in the receipt display with a space as a separator.
• Shipment Date - The date when the shipment for the receipt was received.
• From Business - The identifier and the name of the company sending the delivery.
• To Business - The identifier and the name of the business receiving the delivery.
• Ship From Location - The location of the business sending the delivery.
• Ship To Location - The location of the business receiving the delivery.

• Exception ID - The unique SOM Exception ID to identify the exception record.
• Type - The type of exception.
• Date Recorded - The date and time when the exception was recorded and the name of the user that recorded the exception.
• Description - The description for the recorded exception.

• Select the Download Exception Serial Numbers link at the bottom of the screen in the Exception Details section.
