                                                                Manage the Info Exchange profiles that TraceLink uses to send messages between configured companies, locations, and Trade Partners (e.g. download a profile's configuration files).

                                                                Info Exchange profiles contain information that tells TraceLink how to process messages between the company and its locations and the partner companies and locations.

                                                                - – The results only return profiles that contain the entered in the , , , and fields.

                                                                - Default Profile – The Info Exchange profile all companies and locations use by default.
- Profile ID – The unique identifier for the profile.
- B2B Connection Information – The technology protocols that the company specifies for each business-to-bussiness (B2B) relationship. A Network Administrator at TraceLink sets up these options for the company.
- Configured Maps – The number of files uploaded to the profile that define how TraceLink processes messages between the company and its locations and the partner companies and locations.
- Locations Using Profile – The number of locations that use the profile.

                                                                        The CSV file must be properly formatted or it will not be accepted by TraceLink.
When downloading a CSV file, select rather than , and:
- View the file in MS Excel. See Export a CSV File to Excel in Troubleshooting.
- View the CSV file in a text editor.

                                                                                - businessProcess – The TraceLink app that correlates to the message (e.g. Master Data Exchange, Serialized Operations Manager).
- transaction – The type of message for the specific app (e.g. the Product Track module's message TYPE could be Pick/Ship, Return Receipt, Create Initial message, etc.).
- inboundMapName – The name of the file that defines how TraceLink processes inbound messages for that business process and  message. Contact a TraceLink Technical Consultant or Implementation Project Manager for more information about valid map names. Contact Support if unsure of the specific consultant or manager. - outboundMapName – The name of the file that defines how TraceLink processes outbound messages for that business process and  message. - configuration – Indicates the manner in which the recipient needs to receive the files (e.g. number of files, maximum size of files, time between file output).
- B2BConnectionOverride – Indicates that the message in the corresponding row should be received with a different B2B connection. The connection must be present in the  drop-down. If the B2BConnectionOverride column is empty, the transaction uses the  set in the Info Exchange Profile. The connection must be present in the  drop-down.                                                                 - Select  in the Actions column of the results table. The screen refreshes, and the profile is removed.  The default profile and profile currently in use cannot be deleted. The default profile and profile currently in use cannot be deleted.
