                                                                Create a ZIP file containing past Info Exchange message files (e.g. Input, Output, and Canonical files).
                                                                             Download files on the Download Info Exchange Data screen.

Search Criteria

                                                                -  – The extracted file includes messages updated on or after this date. Defaults to two days prior to the current GMT date.  This date cannot be more than 14 days prior to the  date. This date cannot be more than 14 days prior to the  date.
- – The extracted file includes messages updated on or before this date. Defaults to the current GMT date.

                                                                - – The extracted file includes messages from the ProcessLink or app selected.

- Failed - All – All available failed statuses (i.e. all of the below failed options).
- Success - All – All available success statuses (i.e. all of the below success options).

                                                                - Last Updated – The date and time in which that message was last updated. Format is [DD] [Mmm] [YYYY] [HH]:[MM] [AM/PM] GMT.
- Processing Status – The resulting state of the processing step, including:- Submitted messages:- A link displays next to the message's Processing Status if the message is processing, prior to its map-in success or failure.

- Reconciled messages: - A link displays next to the message's if the message has been reconciled.

- Submitted messages:
- Review Status– If the message is configured to be reviewed before delivery, this field shows its status.
- Pending Review – The message must be reviewed before delivery.
- Delivery Allowed – A user reviewed the message and allowed delivery.
- Delivery Stopped – A user reviewed the message and did not allow the delivery.
- Sender – The entity information of the sender of the message.
- Recipient – The recipient of the message.
- Processlink or Service – The company-assigned name of the specific TraceLink app that correlates to the message (e.g. Kendall Product Trace US).
- Business Process – The TraceLink app that correlates to the message (e.g. Master Data Exchange, Serialized Operations Manager).
- Transaction Type – The type of message for the specific app (e.g. the Product Track module's Transaction Type could be Pick/Ship, Return Receipt, Create Initial Transaction, etc.). See Message Types for more information. See Message Types for more information.
- Input File – The initial file sent to TraceLink (initiating the message).
- Canonical File – The TraceLink-specific format that displays the data in a normalized fashion (independent of the Input or Output files).
- Last Output File – The most recent file sent from TraceLink.

                                                                - Select a from the drop-down.
- Select a from the drop-down.
- Select an date from the date picker.
- Select an date from the date picker.
- Select a from the drop-down.
- Enter an in the text field.
- Enter a in the type-ahead field, or select the type-ahead icon to select from all Partners.
- 
                                                                            Select the checkbox. 
- Select .
- In the results table, select the checkbox next to the , , and  to include in the bulk file extract.  Select the global checkboxes in the header of the results table to select all the files in the table. Select the global checkboxes in the header of the results table to select all the files in the table.
- Select . The Download Info Exchange Data screen displays, and TraceLink begins asynchronously generating the extract. Refresh this screen in a few minutes to see the new extracted file.
