Create Data Extract

Overview

Select Create Data Extract on the Download Info Exchange Data screen.

Create a file with information about the Info Exchanges messages that occurred or were updated during a certain time-period. Optionally, information can be narrowed by ProcessLink or application, input file name, message processing status, message type, or Trade Partner.

Download files on the Download Info Exchange Data screen.

Report Parameters

  • Updated on or After (GMT) – The extracted file includes messages updated on or after this date. Defaults to two days prior to the current GMT date.

    This date cannot be more than 14 days prior to the Update On or Before (GMT) date.

  • Updated on or Before (GMT) – The extracted file includes messages updated on or before this date. Defaults to the current GMT date.
  • ProcessLink or Service – The extracted file includes messages from the ProcessLink or app selected.
  • Input File – The extracted file includes messages with an input file name that matches all or part of the value entered.
  • Processing Status – The extracted file includes messages currently in the state selected.
    • All
    • Submitted – Only submitted statuses.
    • Failed - All – All available failed statuses (i.e. all of the below failed options).
    • Success - All – All available success statuses (i.e. all of the below success options).

  • Business Process - message Type – The extracted file includes messages from the business process and message type selected.
  • Partner – The extracted file includes messages sent to or from the selected Partner.
  • Include Reconciled Messages – The extracted file includes messages that have been addressed and marked as Reconciled.

Available Actions

  1. Select a ProcessLink or Service from the drop-down.
  2. Enter an Input File in the text field.
  3. Select a Processing Status from the drop-down.
  4. Select a Business Process - Transaction Type from the drop-down.
  5. Select an Updated on or After (GMT) date from the date picker.
  6. Select an Updated on or Before (GMT) date from the date picker.
  7. Enter a Partner in the type-ahead field, or select the type-ahead icon to select from all Partners.

  8. Select the Include Reconciled Transactions checkbox.

  9. Select Submit.

    The Download Info Exchange Data screen displays, and TraceLink begins asynchronously generating the extract. Refresh this screen in a few minutes to see the new extracted file.
